The Clean Edge

Always did a great job for us!

To make it short:
What was promised and what was delivered were two different things.
I had work done at 2:30PM on Thursday and then I called on Friday to discuss the situation. That call was returned on Monday morning and by then I had already taken major corrective action on my own — otherwise there would have been many more problems… All stemming from THEIR WORK.
I told Keith the situation on Monday morning and he glossed over it and said that there was no reason for them to come back out when I asked if they could… «if you are passing by it would really help!» I said.
I’m not willing to write out every detail here… BUT I will say again that what was promised and what was offered to me AFTER they were paid in full… were two different things.
From now on I will use a credit card to pay a company like this… and if they do not follow through I will dispute the charge.
Keith, if you are reading this:
I gave you every opportunity to have a dialog with me regarding what happened.
You said that this was normal and worked to end the telephone call.
You said that you do not need to advertise… well, I suppose, THIS is your advertisement:
A warning to others.
