Stay away. I’ve filled my gas twice in the past, but will never again. The first time I came in here the person told me they didn’t have regular and only super. So I filed it up and didn’t think too much. The next time I was a here a young kid filled my gas, when I gave him my credit card he came back with the receipt, he said don’t worry that it says I charged you 10 extra dollars, I charged you the right amount. He crossed off the number on the receipt in pen, and wrote the right amount. Later I found out the kid charged me 10 extra dollars, needless to say they won’t get my business again. I haven’t gone back here in years and never will.

I’ve had my same Ford Fusion inspected at this place for at least five years. Each of those years the secondary lens for the right taillight was off, and it still passed (there is still a main lens covering over the bulbs). This year it did not.
Though I (arguably) can’t hold it against them for failing me, because it is technically a requirement for inspection, I can do so for the way they just completely dismissed me afterwards, and their general rude demeanor.
First, the guy who told me I failed started arguing with his co-​worker about helping the next customer, which he ended with an exasperated «just [expletive] go away!» — while I’m right next to him, nonetheless.
Then he walked away. Another guy — who I believe was the boss — got in my car, pulled it to the entrance and turned his back and walked away while I was talking to him.
Why put up with such unnecessary abhorrent customer service and unfriendliness?

These are nice guys and over the past 6 years have been prompt and have done the job right.

Over the past ten years I’ve taken some 8 different cars here a combined 25 or so times for everything from bad batteries to bad oil pumps, and owner Jack never fails to impress me with his diagnostic skills, knowledge, workmanship and honesty. He never tells me what I have to do; he tells me what he thinks the problem is, what he thinks I’d be better off doing right now, what could be put off, and what I could probably live with. He’s talked me out of repairs several times, almost never exceeds his estimates, and often comes in well under his estimate. And my favorite thing about him is he’s very quick to admit when he’s baffled about something – he never tries to snow me, consults with me about what his guesses might be, and even sometimes suggests other shops that specialize in certain cars or repairs when it’s called for. On top of everything else he’s a really friendly guy.
