Woohoo! This really is as good as it gets.
Beautiful salon with big windows and plenty of light; freshly painted with new tiles; all clean everything. This is my new salon and I doubt I’ll go anywhere else.
The highlight for me was a perfectly organized nail polish wall, with Essie’s new collection highlighted with stickers so you know what’s what.
I did wait a bit for my appointment, but I was content with waiting in the lounge on the beautiful white couches with a charger provided for my phone.
My manicurist is a violinist at the conservatory, so she chatted about that. Very interesting! Not only was she friendly and interesting, but she did an amazing job on my manicure, which is unchipped after 5 days (regular man). The paraffin treatment and massage really put it over the edge!
$ 15 well spent: this is where I suggest anyone in the Newton/​Needham area goes for their next manicure.

Got my eyelashes done and they look EXTREMELY natural! The owner did it for me (Sarah/​Kyung-​Ah) and she’s so gentle with putting on each eyelash that I caught myself falling asleep a couple times. It’s embarrassing, but that’s actually a REALLY GOOD sign that you’re comfortable with someone working around the eyes!
It took a little more than an hour to finish (which is typical) and it’s inevitable that your muscles around the eyes feel strained. But she gives you a nice head and face massage at the end.
And when it comes to eyelash extensions, they will fall out and you’ll probably need refills. But as long as you’re careful with putting on/​taking off makeup and washing your face, they’ll last! It’s been a week for me and only a few have fallen out. Honestly, I don’t wear makeup as much when I have the extensions because they make a huge difference. I love them!

I just had a wonderful spa pedicure and gel manicure at this salon today. It was a nice experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming and the facility is clean. Recommend for a nice mani-​pedi.

Wow! This place is amazing! They go above and beyond! I got a pedicure this time, but I’ve heard the manicure they gave is exceptional. You will not walk away disappointed!

Hidden gem off of highland Ave! Found through Unilocal and had a great mani/​pedi. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of new polish colors and clean shop.

The staff is SUPER friendly, very welcoming and the salon is immaculate. They offer complimentary tea, water and coffee and even give you chocolate with your pedicure! Really great service!

I was very pleasantly surprised to walk into such a clean, bright and inviting space in an unassuming building on Highland Ave. Impress offers a wide variety of services and new polishes. The technician was very friendly and made me feel welcome. My pedicure was excellent, from the perfect water temperature to the finishing top coat. I am so glad I decided to try this salon!

I just found this place through Unilocal,really close to my work. The woman was extremely nice and helpful, even gave a little shoulder massage at the end! The other woman were sweet as well. The place was super clean and very nice, easy to find and park.
This review would have been 4 stars easily if not for the situation that just unfolded. I checked in with Unilocal to get $ 10 off, It popped up when I looked for a place so why not?! I mentioned this coupon before the service and after. The woman asked me to a write a review and I said sure, but then proceeded to say, «yes thank you while your nails dry». Then stood there awkwardly for what felt like an eternity! She finally left after I started to type the review. She came back with my receipt that said $ 35, she didn’t take off the $ 10! She asked if I wanted a gift card, I said no I want the $ 10 off. In the end they voided my sale and re did it. They were very nice the whole time, but my regular place is better and is only $ 25, so I probably won’t be back. If you need a place and are in the area I would certainly give it a try!

A lovely, relaxing pedicure with all the bells and whistles. Really enjoyed my experience and would certainly return again!

Just went for my first time and was pretty disappointed in my pedicure. While the staff was lovely, their pedicure is basically just a $ 35 polish change jazzed up with an unnecessary calf massage. No dead skin was removed, which my heels badly needed. Now going elsewhere to get a real pedicure to be ready for strappy shoes this weekend. Won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend, given the other options in the area.

This unassuming place on Highland Avenue is soothing and spa like. It’s well decorated with up to date pedicure and nail stations, and a huge array of colors. The music they play is soft and you just want to fall asleep in the chair.
I noticed that their nail selection is not only huge, but the bottles are new and not dried out like several other places. The staff offers beverages when you arrive — another plus! The pedi water is nice and warm (but they’ll ask if it’s ok) and pedicures come with a paraffin treatment, massage and hot stones.
The gel manicures come with paraffin as well as a shoulder massage. They are really detailed, gentle and sweet. I almost forgot my wallet, I was so relaxed.
It’s not inexpensive, but definitely worth the price ($ 70) for a pedicure and gel mani w/​paraffin treatments. Go here when you want a step up from your quick salons and you really want to relax.

Showed up without an appointment and was able to get started immediately. There were only two young ladies working so I could see if you had a big party, it may be a bit harder. Other than that, I had a great experience. Super friendly staff and very clean. Great selection of nail polishes! They even have nail art which I may try next time! Will definitely be back if I’m ever in the neighborhood.

Walked in without an appointment on a Saturday and they fit me in to get my nails done. Great color selection, very friendly staff, great service and my nails look flawless. Also got a hand scrub, massage, shoulder massage, and paraffin treatment for $ 15 + tip. The salon looks very modern and has great equipment, I’ll definitely be back for a pedicure and other services!

Disappointed after reading such great reviews. I came with a friend. Her pedicure seemed rushed and her nail tech wasn’t friendly. I started my pedi first and my friend was done 5 minutes before me. Mimi who did my pedicure did a nice job and was friendly and smiled.
I like the water very very warm during a pedicure and they just didn’t get it warm enough — after asking at least three times. They did give a one minute backrub as your toes dried.
The woman in charge seemed great but she was with another client.
Less than 30 minutes for a «spa» pedicure for $ 35. Not impressed.
