Although courteous and professional they are by far the worst hair dressers I’ve ever had the misfortune of having cut my hair! I went in and asked for a high and tight and I left with an uneven neck line, uneven side burns that weren’t even trimmed and chopped hair on top that I had to have my girlfriend fix! They are a joke, this particular place should either close or find new help…

Did not honor Unilocal coupon & were quite snippy about it. Did a mediocre job on my son but scratched the nape of his neck w/the scissors. Not going back no matter what they may offer for a deal.

Went here for the advertised $ 14 haircut. They charge $ 25 to blow dry your hair with a brush, making the reasonable haircut advertised a farce. before the cut, I asked how much a cut was and was told $ 14, $ 25 if you wanted it blown dry. Never did I think I would be charged both $ 14, and then $ 25 and $ 3 on top for a shampoo. The cut was $ 50 by the time it was done. Don’t waste your time here — for the price go to a real salon!

Never even made it to the chair. I called ahead and asked for my name to be put down since I was going during my lunch break. I had my coupon for a $ 4.95 haircut and drove 20 min through the crappy traffic of Needham noontime nonsense. I paid for my meter and showed up. «Did you sign in online?» asks the front lady. «No, I called a head». «We don’t do that» «Then why did you take my call, and my name, I just drove 20 min to get here during my lunch» «blah blah blah»…the lady goes on «Never mind, this is not worth it,(turning to the other waiting patrons) would anyone here like a coupon for a cheap haircut?» Lady had a nasty attitude, I guess I got what I would have paid for… back to Supercuts in Auburndale, which takes both online and phone call appointments. I recommend Sandy there.

If you told me I’d lose my ear virginity while getting a haircut here, I would’ve thought you were crazy. Tragically, you’d be right. Where most barbers might simply move the ear out of the way as they cut the surrounding hair, one hair stylist put her finger where no one had been before. My ear hole. This wasn’t a slip of the finger, this was a full on hook move. She kept it there for a minute(felt way longer) while trying to distract me with conversation. She brought up the economy and I went with it, since she was in my ear. I didn’t say anything– if she was weird enough to do that, she could be weird enough to compromise my hair if I complained. Indubitably, this was a risk I could not afford. In the end, I left with a decent hair cut.

It makes complete sense that SO many reviews for this place have been filtered for their fakeness! Here’s the long(and not so short of it)… came in for an easy $ 2.99 buzz cut and walked away with WAY too many stray hairs all over the place. It’s not my fault i’m a blonde! People were nice enough don’t get me wrong but it erks me to see fake reviews for this place after a very $ 2.99 experience there myself. #nevergoingback.

I’ll be honest. I came here expecting a 2.99 haircut and walked away feeling like a million bucks! The service is prompt, superbly friendly, and of very high quality. I had a great time and the haircut is one of the best I’ve ever received. I’ll be coming back frequently and can’t wait for my next great clip!
