I absolutely love this place. It feels like the greatest breath of fresh air whenever I call them. There is just no customer service like it in the healthcare industry anymore. My prescription has become a nightmare in recent years because insurance stopped willingly covering it, but their staff has always done their best to patiently help me and my doctors get what I need!
Not only have they been wonderfully friendly to me as a customer, but what impresses me the most is that they were wonderfully friendly and helpful when I called them about figuring out a way to transfer my prescription somewhere else (I had moved out of state). Helping customers even when they are no longer yours, is a sign of genuine compassion.

A professional setting with a very knowledgeable staff. Their customer service was exceptional, as they went above and beyond my expectations. this kind of service is hard to find these days.
I’ve only had a few compounds filled and hopefully *crosses fingers* won’t need many more going forward, but if it comes down to choosing a compounding pharmacy with a friendly and knowledgeable staff it will, without any doubts, be Birds Hill Pharmacy.
