I love this store. They have large display of different styles of hardwares and lighting. Jon the owner is so helpful and have a lot of patience. I am a designer so I come to him for various projects. Each time I was always given undivided attention. The store is busy so its first come first serve, you will want to make an appointment. If you just walk in, then you may have to wait for the next available sales staff to help you. This is just common sense when you shop retail stores.

I am an interior designer and have sent many clients in here and been into the store myself several times. Not once has anyone ever been helpful. In fact, they rarely even say hello when you walk in. I now warn clients that they are rude. The only reason we still even send clients here is because they are close by. But we order the stuff somewhere else. If they don’t want to deal to the public, they should close their doors and be appointment only.
