BADCUSTOMERSERVICE! The supervisor was really rude and was rolling her eyes at me. She messed up my order and she kept saying that I had asked for what she gave me, she contradicted me 4 times and did not look me in the eyes! Do not go to the starbucks on the food court! Bad bad service!

I decided to give this Sbux a try. I order a iced coffee and a double smoked bacon. I tell the cashier I have a code for a discount on a breakfast sandwich which was loaded to my card. I paid and my coffee was great so was the service. Unlike the other reviewer forgot to mention in order to pay with a code you need your Sbux card !! Stay off the crack pipe and read first ! In competent people can’t read an email. Will be coming again for breakfast.

If I could give them no stars I would. This is for the location now on the second floor of the mall by the food court. They were unable to redeem my promotional code due to the fact that it was not loaded on my card? Uh well I showed you the code on my email so obviously it’s not on my card and I have never had any problems whatsoever using my codes at my regular Starbucks location, I just show them my code and pay but this location lacked competent employees. Never coming back to this location bad experience and no apologetic remarks whatsoever.

This review is for sbux on the 2nd floor. I hate writing bad reviews, but this Starbucks location deserves more than bad reviews. Its employees know nothing about customer service. There were three ladies working today who all had intense overdrawn eyebrows. They were more pouty than Kanye West, and sadder than Jon Snow. But I digress. They made three wrong drinks in a row, mine included, and took no accountability whatsoever. When I told one of the baristas she got my order wrong she took the cup from me and had to verify with the cashier if I asked for that certain drink. They were not apologetic at the slightest. In fact, they just seemed like they hate their life. Their work area was as disgusting as their attitude and drinks. Luckily there were two other customers whom I exchanged glances with as if to say, «Wtf is going on? Are the baristas OK?» I’ve always thought sbux has standards, but, at this location, apparently not. They only hire Satan’s ugly creatures. My advice: stay in school, kids!

Really bad service took so long to get order. When I got order they tell me they are out of cinnamon. Who drinks Cinnamon Dolce Latte without Cinnamon. Sorry will not go back to this Starbucks again

Refused to make me a drink at 7:37 when they close at 9:30 because they needed to close for 20 minutes? Nice business… Pretty sure you aren’t authorized to close a corporate business that you don’t own whenever you feel like… Won’t be coming back

Only reason this place gets a star to begin with is because the nice Asian gentleman who was at the cashier tried to make it right. As for the barista, a red head young lady, couldn’t be rudder. I love Starbucks and go to a location at least 1 or 2 times a week and never have had such a sour experience as tonight. It is understandable that it was late and she was very busy but when I’ve been waiting 25 minutes for an iced coffee and I ask you about it to make sure you haven’t lost my order and the response is «it’s right there, I called it forever ago» I say no that isn’t mine, that’s not my name nor my drink. And the counter response is «well I just make the drinks, you need to talk to the cashier» ugh nothing gets me more upset than blatant lack of customer service. The cashier says oh yes I remember you(like yes it was that long ago I ordered) and he just tells her«make it right and make one». The girl proceeds to roll her eyes and take another 3 minutes to make my drink and then doesn’t even have the courtesy to say sorry, or here’s your coffee, just puts it down and walks away. It took a lot for me to not say anything right there. I just thought Starbucks had better employees than that.

Took 17 minutes to get drinks. There was only 6 people before me and yet it just seemed they took there sweet a$$ time. There was four people working and all seemed irritated. I got iced grande quad shot with 3 pumps white mocha. My drink had white chocolate sitting on bottom and black colored espresso floating on top. Because they didnt stir the espresso into the white mocha my shots were bad and taste bitter. They didnt even fill the cup up with ice! Also got an ice venti caramel latte tasted like sour milk. Never going back to this location again.

This Starbucks recently relocated to the upper level food court of the plaza Bonita mall and the service was just meh tonight. Went to this location twice to order drinks a salted caramel frappucino and plain water. There were only at max 3 baristas and a long line the first time and it took over five minutes to get plain water the second. I get that it takes time and skill to make coffee drinks but waiting a while to receive plain water is somewhat ridiculous. The baristas were nice just a little slow today but I’ll still come here.

As much as I enjoy getting my morning coffee, it sucks that I have to add espresso shots to drinks that should already, and anywhere else, have the correct amount in them. Sigh

Not really a big Starbucks fan myself, but I was desperate for caffeine and it was the nearest place I could get my fix. I usually go for either ice coffee or an Americano at Starbucks because their hot brewed coffee is always burnt at almost every Starbucks I visit. Here the line was crazy busy, but the the one employee powered through it by himself and got people’s drinks out pretty quick.

There line of assembly in making the drink is horrible, the drink finished by the coldline brarista they still not release to the customer, its the hotline brarista problem to not finish faster then the cold line brarista

I’m not a fan of Starbucks, caffeine or coffee. I am a fan of great service and some good quality tea! This place has great customer service and good tea. There are 2 locations within the mall. One is inside target and the other by the Disney store. Do not go to target. They aren’t real baristas and screw up the simplest orders

I dread coming by this Starbucks, but it’s the closest source of caffeine near work. The cashiers are usually friendly, but most baristas on the other hand are rude and drinks aren’t usually made as great as the other Starbucks I’ve been to.
