I came into this Sprint location with my Sister in Law, her IPhone 5s broke and was no longer turning on. We were greeted and assisted immediately and because my Sister in law already knew what phone she wanted, she asked if she was eligible for an upgrade and she was!
It was literally a quick in & out, we weren’t in there for more than 30 minutes.
There were three sales associates and all were so nice and funny! I felt like we were family for a moment the way we all laughed and joked around while getting my sister in laws phone ready.
We ended up also purchasing a case and screen protector for her new phone and adding insurance!
If anyone is having issues with their phone, i recommend that you come here! Parking is great, it’s in a good location (not too busy) and the sales associates did such an exceptional job I had to write this review!

Bad customer service, rude, waited an hour and a half haven’t been seen so I just walked out

I came here to get my wife on the same sprint plan as me. We spent a hour trying to decide what type of plan we wanted. The plan we chose was a month to month plan that was based off of an amount for the phone/​month, unlimited talk and text, and a 1gb data. We walked out the door with a iPhone 5c and only paid the taxes for the phone.
That night the 5c wouldn’t stop vibrating. So, the next day we returned it and upgraded to the 5s and paid the taxes for it. Within a couple days we got a refund for the 5c taxes. So far… uh…somewhat good.
Now for the bad part. I started to get text messages from sprint that said a 9^th line was added to my account. Then soon following got a text message saying a 10^th line was added to my account. I called sprint customer service and they told me I was on a Framily plan. I was bewildered because I never agreed to this.
I went back to the store and they confirmed that I was on a Framily plan without me agreeing to it because they were unable to give me the plan I had chosen. They admitted to giving me a plan without consent. I decided to quit sprint and return the 5s.
… 2 months later I’m still waiting to get my taxes back for the 5s. They kept on giving me the run around. Sprint customer (not) care kept telling me that only the store could refund the money. The store kept telling me that only there manager could talk to some higher up guy from sprint could do it.
Enrique is the guy who initially lied to me and admitted to doing it later, don’t do business with him is my suggestion.

I used the Sprint website to find the repair shop closest to me which brought me to this location. When you look at the store from the outside there is a big sticker on the window that says «repair». But what it doesn’t say is that there is NO repair tech on the weekends. I wish I would have known this before bringing down my baby and his grandma. When I as approached by the employee I asked about getting a phone repaired. She said there wasn’t a repair tech available on the weekends and suggested I upgrade. WTH??? It’s cool you work on commission or get extra incentive for all upgrades but how about some trouble shooting first?!
