This Salon Centric location is one of the newer ones. It is located off Sweetwater Road, near Taco Bell, on the north side of Sweetwater Rd. It’s in an eclectic but busy strip shopping center which also has a Dunn Edwards paint store, a dentist, a credit union and others.
The store is immaculately clean and super well organized. I notice these things because I’m a former retail store manager, and well, you never stop noticing. My wife, Bozena, is licensed, and buys most of her supplies here, and sometimes I tag along, maybe hoping to snag a taco while I wait.
On our latest trip, I needed something to help tame my naturally curly hair, which occasionally looks like I’ve been struck by lightning while sticking a screwdriver in a wall socket. I was very ably assisted by Nelly, who patiently explained which products might work best for me.
Come to find out, Nelly is the primary reason my wife shops for her supplies here. She has found Nelly to be very friendly and helpful, and has a tremendous depth of product knowledge, no small feat, given the range of professional products available at this store.
Bozena also shops here because of the frequent discounts and sales on various products.
Nelly has always offered superior service to Bozena, and had earned her loyalty. This Salon Centric is Bozena’s Go-​To store for professional products, and she always looks forward to being assisted by Nelly.
