Popeyes

Their customer service is exceptional! We came in like 10 min before closing and they were just great. The cashier was so happy and cheerful she brightened up our night! Place was cleaned and neat. Everything was great!

I have to admit, I am a huge Popeyes fan! It is one of my most favorite guilty pleasures! This franchise is really impressive. The food is always fresh, hot and consistent. The staff are wonderful! If you like fried chicken, there is no better. The sides are to die for. I love the red beans and rice, fries, dirty rice, and cole slaw.

This is probably the best Popeyes around whole San Diego. All the times I visit, the chicken id served fresher than fresh.
The service is not a typical fast food service but more upscale. Come and see what I am talking about, because they’re just very friendly.
They have a complete box meal with chicken 2 sides and a biscuit for only 5 bucks. Pretty good for a hearty snack right?

I really don’t like the service on this specific location… This the 3^rd time it happen… I order a mild fried chicken but they give me spicy. I have 2 toddler that loves fried chicken. I’ve drove twice to return the spicy chicken. I don’t recommend this location. They don’t pay attention to detail.

Should any fast food restaurant ever take 30 minutes to complete an order? This Popeyes location did on my first ever visit.
On December 5, 2015 after a college football game, my party of four walked in and ordered our food. 15 minutes minutes after sitting down and waiting, I walked up to the counter and asked what the delay was. The employee checked the order and then said the order will be ready soon.
After 10 more minutes I asked to speak with the manager in charge.
A young woman came out from the cooking area and sweetly apologized for the wait and said something about the cook getting into a fight and walking off the job. Wow… Weird but I guess stuff happens. Five minutes later the food was ready and tasted great. I have the feeling they just forgot our order, and did not notice us waiting at the corner table as it was somewhat busy. I won’t be back. Incompetence and inexperience is a dangerous combination for any restaurant.

They really Go over and beyond with there Customer Service, Employees Like Michelle are the reason why i come back

Food poisoning!!! Iv never really ate at Popeyes before. What a awful experience to be out of town for work and get food poisoning. Never again will I eat Popeyes. Gross

Hate that chicken from Popeyes!!!
Me and a co worker went in yesterday to grab some dinner, worst idea ever. This morning my co worker called in sick from food poisoning and I am feeling the effects myself. I would never go here or another Popeyes ever again.
Had to update my review. It’s been about an hour since the original post. I started having stomach pains and I’m vomiting.

I was so excited when they built this location. Yes, I’m lazy and wanted the drive thru. The food is as good as Popeyes gets. The problem is the staff. I’ve been to this location twice and had the same experience each time. They repeat your order back to you three times, at least, but still don’t get it right. I’m not hard to please, but I can’t handle incompetence. My Popeyes business will go to the plaza blvd location.

Best customer service of any place I ever done been — bar none!

I was craving Popeyes chicken tenders and mac n cheese, so much that i got the 5 piece and large mac n cheese! The tenders were amazing as usual but i deducted a star because the mac n cheese was runny/​watery. It’s usually thick but when i got home and found it watery i was so disappointed! I know its not the end of the world, but next time i will take a peek inside before driving all the way home. Other than that i was very happy!

There service is fast and the staff is nice. Got my food under 2 mins. Way nicer and cleaner then the old one that was down the street loll.
The chicken tenders are yummy they didn’t have any chewy nasty parts in it. And there mild chicken isn’t spicy at all it’s really good and tastey :)

This Popeyes has pretty good and fast service theyre chicken is just as good as ever keep up the good work i also like it has a Drive-​thru but it is as small as the old location other than that good eats.
