Mossy Collision Center

I have to say my experience at the auto shop was 5 stars definitely, if they had 10 stars, I’d give them 10! Their customer service is the best, friendly and extremely professional. From the receptionist to the guy who dealt with us, these people are awesome. Very happy to have chosen this shop and will come back if I ever need to!

took my prius to get fix from a t bone and it took them 58 days also they told me my car had to be taking to toyota and it was extra money got my car back and it was a crapy job car still not aling my frame bent they give you the run arounds.

Mossy Collision took care of our repair a couple years ago after my car was struck by an elderly gentleman. He somehow lost control of his car and sideswiped the driver side of his car against my front bumper. He nearly tore it off as the car sat in a parking lot. I was very satisfied with the service we received at Mossy Collision last time that we came back to them again for another repair.
They had my Nissan Maxima for 16 days and the same agent that helped me last time, Oscar, helped me again this time. Oscar was great at communicating about the status of the repair and returned my calls right away. He anticipated my repair would be completed by the 5^th but he let me know that because of the heavy rains it delayed everything a couple of days. I was finally able to pick up my car yesterday and it looks fabulous. It looks brand new and he even took care of all these scratches I had on my driver side door from the kids bumping our other car door against it in the garage. Those scratches had been bugging me for a while now but there was nothing I could do about it. Repairing the scratches wasn’t part of the insurance claim and when I asked how much it would cost me he said it was complimentary. The car was thoroughly cleaned inside and out.
I’ve used Mossy Collision Center twice now and have had very good experiences with them both times. I would recommend them to anyone needing to get body work repair on their car.

I woman hit my car while trying parallel park, very stressful situation. Her insurance company whst century /​Farmer’s recommended Mossy Collision. I called, saw them the next day, they had it done in a day &½. They were very professional, made it painless. Thanks they did a good job.

This is our second time using Mossy Collision Center, both experiences were outstanding. Albert was kind and kept me informed on the progress of the repairs. The car looks great! We are very happy with the collision center and Albert!

Took my BMW in on July 29 to get a fender bender fix was told it would take 16 days and over $ 5000 to fix! It ended up to be 30 days in the shop. Was told my car was taken to BMW dealer of San Diego to get the truck motor an additional $ 900 and a few day later the truck shocks another $ 500. Car looks good. Day later the automatic truck would not open some day plus I notice a roof Panel or tip is loose and it painted over. Email insurance geico rep to tell him what was going on with my truck. Few day later received an email from mossy Nissan rep to take my car in on my one and only day off this week. My car will be taken to the BMW dealer once more to get the new Motor replace. It was never replace «WHAT»??? Two additional charges where made to the insurance company under miscellaneous $ 900 and another for $ 500 thinking that was for the new motor and new shocks
My friend pass away this week. I have to attend his funeral servers on the ⁹⁄₁₆ I did NOT have time for this back and forward! Bmw dealer are extremely busy this will take a few days to fix.
Now I have to take my car in for round 2 of more car drama on the worst week. The mossy Nissan rep would tell me over the phone that my car had an oil leak something that had nothing to do with my fender bender! I would get even more upset 30 day in the shop. I’m think I need to file a file a complaint with the BBB. Or talk to someone in mossy Nissan I am truly disappointed and aggravated with mossy Nissan at The end i picked up my car the driver side window was broken… Email the mossy Nissan mr jones totally ignored my email when I mention the window. It’s is my opinion that is you need your car fix try another shop and if you have a BMW don’t even walk into this shop. Truly a disappointed with all ! This week I’m filing a complaint with the
hope they all can help or at less let other consumers about what happen to me at mossy Nissan !

Came here for an estimate on my 13′ optima and was helped by guy & albert. The customer service and professional assistance here was phenomenal. They looked at every crevice and gave me a fair estimate. Respectful of my property and belongs this team had earn my business and respect. I hope more people are Lucky enough to have been helped by these two professionals and the business. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I was in a car accident… and this place was so great to me. They had my car fixed and it looked like it wasnt even in an accident. Oscar who helped me out during this difficult time… was so friendly and walked me through the whole process. He even would call me to let me know the current status as my car was being worked on. When he called me to let me know my car was ready i went to pick it up and as soon as i saw it i couldnt believe my car looked that great after the accident i was in! Thank you Mossy Collision! :D

Great experience. Bummer I needed to use their service in the first place, but very pleased with the final result.
Rafael and his staff were very professional and kept me informed with updates and a heads up the day before my vehicle was ready.
I expected to be without my truck for a week, three days later Rafael let me know I could pick it up the next day. AND they hooked me up with a mini-​detail. Nice!

I brought my car there for a door ding. They fixed it perfectly and even picked up some of the chips nearby and threw in some extra body fasteners for a totally unrelated fix. Looks great! Good communication too.

All I can say is: Shoddy, Shoddy, Shoddy. Geico is here so I brought my car here. I have to say Geico handled my claim quickly. This place crashed my car while it was there for the initial repair and released it that way. I noticed it when I got home and brought it back where the estimator questioned us and made us feel like liars. That repair job is shoddy also. There is bare metal and the damage was patched. There goes my car value. Now two months later, I finally got my car detailed and there is over spray in both areas they worked! Im hesitant to take it back because the experience will be so unpleasant. I take such good care of my car and am so disappointed in this place. You are gambling if you bring your car here.
