Fresh corn tortillas, authentic salsa, generous portions. But the menudo doesn’t have any hominy, but the guy said that’s the real way. I dunno, I like hominy, but there was tons of tripe to make up for it and great flavor. Great service and the coffee had a hint of cinnamon.

Fabulous customer service, great tasting food, and fair prices! I love this place. It’s one of my go tos when I don’t feel like cooking the Conga burrito is amazing and the Carne Asada chips are my boyfriends favorite.

i live in Encanto/​Paradise Hills and always go to National City to do my shopping and eating. I first noticed the place by the big sign advertising 99 cent fish tacos. Now whenever I see a good LRV, (Low-​Roller Value) it always catches my eye. I’ve been driving by for years saying to myself that I will try their tacos and finally did today. They are really good and came with a wedge of lime, green and red sauce. I ordered 3 and my brother had one. For fish tacos, we usually go to Rubio’s on Tuesdays but now we can have fish tacos any day! If you’re ever in National City, I highly recommend you try them! LR

The customer service is amazing. The owner is so sweet and very attentive!
