H&R Block

Been doing my taxes here before they became H&R block! Same owner, brothers and people. At first they did great but 2011 they messed up on my taxes witch the IRS said I owe over $ 3k and lucky one of the brothers helped me sorta fix it. Had to pay $ 1,400 instead. All because miss communication. Understandable but now second time 2013 file, IRS now says I owe $ 922 for 2013. I came to ask a lady why this and told me was due cuz I forgot to include my unemployment. I was bum then double check at home my 2013 filed taxes and she lied to me because I did file my unemployment. Regardless I assume now I have to PAY AGAIN because of their mistakes and owe. Don’t do your taxes here because especially since they became H&R block! You don’t really get your full amount back. The brothers and their dad are good people just their helpers aren’t sorry to say.
