I found the perfect Donald Trump piñata to beat up at my housewarming party. It was the highlight of the party and the grown ups all wanted a whack at him too. Got stick for free and tons of candy. I’ll always come back here. Nice lady at the counter.

The ladies that work here are very nice. They sell all kinds of piñatas and you get the piñata stick for free comes with it. The piñatas here are very affordable I got 2 piñatas for only $ 30 for my daughters bday. They make super cute frames too

This dulceria has everything you need for your next fiesta! I was surprised by the large amount of inventory. The store is located in a strip mall and parking is difficult, 30 min time limit on parking but not many people follow it.
They have a lot of pinatas to choose from and the attendants were very friendly. I was very surprised that they carried Tostitos by the box. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Came to look for piñatas for a carnival themed bday party and the ladies working there were very helpful! Tons of selections to choose from and lots of candy! I would definitely recommend checking this place out for piñatas and other party stuff.

Best candy in town! I totally recommend it if you’re ever want to have good authentic Mexican candies. They also have some very beautiful and huge selection of piñatas. Did I mention how nice and helpful the ladies that work there are.

This is an overdue review. For my son’s first birthday (November) we wanted the best of the best, even when it came to piñatas our biggest challenge was finding a place that either had it, or would be willing to custom make a Snoopy piñata within such a short time frame. Luckily we were able to find this place, thanks to Unilocal.Upon entering you’re greeted by endless Mexican candies possibilities and the piñatas seem ongoing. As we looked around we didn’t see a Snoopy piñata so we decided to get a #1 piñata, if we weren’t able to order a custom made one. As we spoke to a very nice and knowledgeable lady (not sure if she is the owner), she mentioned most piñata orders require at least a two weeks advance preorder, she also mentioned since the Peanuts movie would be out she wouldn’t be surprised if they’d be selling some in the near future. We mentioned how our son’s birthday was less than two weeks away and she said to let her make some calls and she’d make sure we had our piñata before the birthday. She said she wasn’t sure on a price since she didn’t know much about the piñata or its size, but reassured us that it would be worth the wait and that we would love it. We had already seen a lot of the pictures of custom made piñatas so we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. Since we were already there we decided to stock up in candy, it was like walking down memory lane, it seemed like they had everything. Both ladies working that night were very helpful and knowledgable, I am so glad we decided to give this place a try. The Snoopy piñata was ready, about two days before the party and it looked great, a piñata stick was even included free of charge. With lots of birthday parties to come, we will definitely be back for any of our piñata or candy needs.

Ordered my daughters Princess Jasmine piñata from here and I could not be anymore happier! It is the best made piñata I’ve bought so far. Looks like I found my go to candy, piñata and party store! Thank you so much to the ladies at the store. You guys are awesome!

The piñata we bought from here has been the best built we have ever had. The ones we bought in the past (from another similar store on Highland) have either come apart when maneuvering them or were done by the 2^nd or 3^rd kid up. This one from Dulceria lasted through 8 children, ranging in age from 4 to 10 years old.
The adults kept asking where we got the piñata because they were impressed at how well it held up. I should also mention that the piñata looked very nice. This is the best deal in town for the price, aesthetic and durability.

Diana is such a sweetheart. Not only did she remember me but even on a hot day she has a smile on her face. I will be coiling back and maybe next year order early so we can have a barcelona soccer player or maybe a Steelers piñata!!!

Wanted to rent chairs and table for sons party and the lady refused to rent because I needed to show her proof of residence. My ID and 2 letters from my home that I happend to have in my purse weren’t suffice she wanted my car pink slip WTF?

Great Piñata Store, Went in looking for a bubble guppies piñata for my daughters 2 birthday looking to be disappointed only because every other store I went to didn’t have it. Not here… I bought the piñata, stick and and candy for $ 25. This is my new go to place for party supplies.

I just celebrated my sons first birthday I decided to have the Pixars Up theme and they did an amazing job! They made Russell perfectly and not to mention big! These are some of the best quality piñatas I have seen. They also made us a Royal Blue castle filled with bouncy balls the kids loved it! I highly recommend this place. Make sure to place your orders with time if it is a special request.

I have been going to this amazing place for 7 years and every time I go I find what I am looking for! And if they don’t have it they make it for me! They are so friendly and by far the best piñata place around the piñatas look great and last for a good while lol the owner is amazing best customer service and she remembers my name :)

After searching for a place to go buy Mexican candies that my sister (who came all the way from New Hampshire) desperately needed, we found this place!
We were immediately greeted by the staff and quickly realized we had entered the Mexican candy wonderland jackpot. My sister, who had not been here in San Diego was soooooooo excited and happy to see the wide assortment of candies available for purchase!!!
After selecting our candy, we went to the register to pay and the lady at the cash register gave us a FREE bag of candy assortments because she had overheard that my sister was from New Hampshire. It was such a sweet and unexpected surprise! The lady was very nice and made my sisters day! She misses San Diego and that was such a nice little gesture that made her smile and happy that day!
After leaving with all of the yummy candies that we purchased ad sweet nostalgic memories we realized that the only problem was how we were going to fit the massive amount of candies we bought into the luggage. ;)
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a wide variety of Mexican candy assortments!

This is the second time that I came here to purchase my kid’s piñatas. I love this place because of their variety and amazing prices. I bought this Hello Kitty for $ 16.99 and it is huge. The ladies were extremely helpful and they even brought down the piñata so I could get a close look.

Came back to buy candy for my sons 1^st birthday party and YES again AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE, they provided myself and my grandmother with free samples of delicious Mexican candy.
I scored with two batman piñata’s for 16.99 a piece! WHAT! Yes you heard right 16.99!!! COME HERE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
