I have used Ray & his team at CPP many times for company fliers as well as business cards. The design team was super patient with me and helped me create a unique flier from scratch. The re order process was also very simple and easy. Most recently I sent over a business card order and needed them ASAP. CPP came through like they always do! These guys are awesome!

So I spoke to the owner and he was great over the phone offered me a great deal so I made the trip it was the best rates for printing. When I get there I spoke to a girl named Amber i belive she was very rude and could not answer any questions without a question. I explained the offer the owner gave me she replied take that up with him? She provided no info and her greeting was; what? What do you want which set the mood, real bring me downer. My experience was terrible at the shop, this place is awesome just better customer service at the front desk not sure how difficult her job is but a little knowledge about the company she works for which maybe part of her job description also a smile won’t hurt don’t bring everyone down. This is a 5 star shop easily however the employee made it a 1 star shop.

Again, these guys hit a «home run». We had window covers printed with our logo and boy, these came out beautiful. We also had 23 shirts printed, 10 white with two colors and red with white print. What can I say… These guys are just amazing, nice, professional and without asking, Ray delivers!
If you have any printing you need, you can rest assured they will get it done in a reasonable time and a fair price. They now handle all my printing.

I am an office administrator and I work with the fellas of this company on a weekly basis. They do our printing for our business cards, flyers, special promotion mailers and much more. We have started working with them just this year and their prices are extremely competitive compared to the other companies we have worked with. Along with competitive prices, they have exceptional customer service which is the most important factor! We don’t even feel the need to get a bid from other companies for any of our big projects anymore because we know that no one else will genuinely care about the service they provide us as much as the guys at CPP!

I called them 3 times for bussiness cards. I had to keep calling to get them to do the work. I sent them several emails and called more then 20 times. They only did one order for me out of 3. (The first) and the second time they just completely ignored the order and i didn’t get anything. The third i imagined would be different i thougth they were going through some hard time or something and chasing them around would be over. But alas, they its been over 8 months and i call at least once a month to see what’s happening. Still waiting on a call back.
