If you like mystery meat, this is the place for you. The beef broccoli was slimy, the whole shrimp was disgustingly soggy and there was a weird yellowish thing that had these strange patterns. We ask the chinese girl what it was and she said it was squid. Squid?!! What part of the squid has weird patterns? It’s not the first time I had squid. She told me to try it. I bit a piece and had to spit it out. Yuck! I dedicated the rest of my meal in the dessert section. Not to good either. We left never to return again.

I came here with a group of twenty people for dinner and the staff had quickly moved all of the tables and had seated us immediately even though the place was already jam packed with people. The atmosphere of the restaurant did not compare to their service because of the unclean environment and the enormous masses of people. The food was hit and miss when it came to taste since some dishes were extremely salty where others were a little bland. Also, the ice cream machine was not functioning properly and I got a cup of ice cream soup. I do not recommend this buffet to anyone else unless you really want a large amount of food for a decent price.

Where to start… The moment you walk in you don’t feel welcome… host and cashier having a personal conversation, while the other lady was on the phone… 1. Food was not at temperature 2. Very dusty 3. Not great when you are eating and a roach decides to join your table. 4. I was about to take a bite of my chicken when there was a pice of hair… not an expert but sure as hell didn’t look human. I asked to speak to a manager and go figure, none of the waiters speak English, they just stare at you and smile… I would not recommend anyone eating here and encourage the health department to look into this location.

The price is pretty good for everything that have to offer. For 11.66(adult) you get a variety of meats, veggies, salads, soups, rices, noodles fruit and even sushi. For the kids they even had pizza, cream cheese wontons, French fries, Mac n cheese, jello and ice cream. The food was tasty and fresh. My favorite item had to be the honey walnut shrimp, cream cheese wontons and barbque chicken. The staff was quick to pick used plates and the restaurant in general was pretty clean for as many people they had coming and going. I give this new favorite spot five stars and plan on returning here at least twice a month(even I I have to come alone!). Everyone should try it at least once!

NEVER will I come here again!!! Rude service! Terrible when you ask for military discount and yell at you when you ask. I asked if I can just pay and took them 5 minutes to give me my card back. I didn’t even get the discount which was whatever but the disrespect from the servers was horrible. The food is good but for them to make a military service member feel bad for asking when they offer it is disgusting! Don’t offer military discount and get upset when someone asks for it. I use to come here all the time but never will I come here again. I would of been just fine if they just said no I don’t demand a discount just asked. Terrible!!!

Didn’t like the fact that they didn’t refill my drink after picking up my plates, I had to ask. I’m a cheesecake lover and they were sooo dry. But overall good food.

Used to be my go to place but not no more. I was eating my orange chicken when I was about to take a bite there was a huge hair. But it was not human hair it was nasty it looked like cat hair I’m not kidding. Luckily as I was about to bite it and saw it the manager of the restaurant was passing by and she saw it. I immediately saw how nervous she got, she kept apologizing and saying that they didn’t have animals in the back. She looked so guilty. I left I could not even eat anymore. not going back.

Find the time to get there early can you get really busy on Sunday nights but if they got like three or four maybe six different buffets hey would you go to Elicia desserts it’s right there on the Mesa Boulevard in the Vons shopping center if you take the seven bus to it

My favorite Chinese buffet. I’m not sure why it has bad reviews. Good food. A lot of selection. The food actually has flavor not like other Chinese buffets. The staff is friendly. Decent prices as well. The only weird thing is dinner prices start at 3:49. Which is an odd time to start dinner. Could’ve been 3:30 or 4:00, or even 3:45 lol.

Went there for lunch today. Waiter never offered drink refills until I was already done with my meal. He presented the bill and then demanded that he take it up to the front because they are too busy. This is a scam that they already got me once for so I insisted in taking it up there myself. When they are out of your sight they add their tip or something extra to the bill. I demanded the bill and took it up to the front and the waiter followed me and started yelling at me in front of other customers. Went there for lunch last Friday and had trouble with the same guy, no drink refills offered and no bill provided until after I got up front. He was taking his lunch break and no coverage was there. I demanded to see a manager but was told there was none available as he comes and goes but I could leave my name and number and he will call me. The waiter was going to call him right then? Who has the name of this guy and his number? The girl at check out is nice but always says«Thanks, I’ll let the manager know. If he is never there has he ever been told about my 7 previous complaints? I am not returning but if you insist, guard your wallet and expect a bad customer service experience.

This place definitely doesn’t look like the cleanest place in the world, but hey YOLO. I hear what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger right? My aunt likes coming here, so my family dines here every now and then. Food is alright. Something about their fried crabs are just delicious to me. And that off white ice cream. good stuff man. Can’t get that at Baskin Robbins.

Four stars for me. They always have a variety of food and they never go out of stock. The tables and chairs have been remodeled so they don’t have the tape anymore. The waiters are nice but slow. You do have to flag them down but I’d much rather have that than a waiter over my shoulder as I try to eat. Overall pretty decent food for what you pay. Salt and pepper shrimp is bomb!!!

Not worth it. Save your $ 10.99 or whatever it costs. Go next door to el super and get the chicken family meal. Comes with whole chicken, 12 corn tortillas, rice, beans and salsa all for $ 12.99. The wontons in the wonton soup was overcooked/hard(how does a wonton get hard in soup? I don’t know how they accomplished this). The dumplings were dry, noodles were mushy, and the fried chicken was over breaded. then came here at 4pm and got counted in as lunch. Got my first plate(lunch plate). Got my 2nd plate(4:22pm) with fried shrimp & seafood filled seashell and the waiter said now I got the«dinner» items. Well if you didn’t want me to get it don’t put it out for me to get. What kind of business practice is that? Sonics is in the same parking lot too. Just saying.

Do NOT eat here. I repeat DONOTEATHERE. It is down right filthy. They have a cockroach problem, and an overall cleanliness problem going on. I don’t know how they’re still in business. The health department needs to do an investigation. I know multiple people who have had issues at this restaurant due to cleanliness. Just recently hair was in the food… I posted pictures below. No refund or discount was given. This place is absolutely DISGUSTING! Just choose Panda Express or any other chinese over this.

I should come here when my money’s low, cause the food was better today. Maybe I was just hungry. Idk. But the price was right, my kids got fed, and I am no longer hungry. The best part was when I got my fortune cookie, I got two fortunes! They both said me and«my wife» would be happy forever. Hell yeah! Immo have two wives.

Pricey but these place always are. Immediate turn offs are the $ 10.99 price tag for dinner without a drink and that they charge kids ages 2 – 11 .90 a year. That’s so weird. Everything is just okay. Im mostly mad because the chow mein wasn’t good at all. Howwwwever the coconut shrimp was faaaabulous. So damn good.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and I’ve always enjoyed the food. Getting seated is super quick too. There is a large selection of food. There are 7 stations to choose from. Lunch is the best time to come as dinner gets packed. If you decide to do carry out, the clam shell holds a of food. One thing I do really like is they never let an empty tray sit for long. Awesome! Enjoy!

Stopped by here for a reception last weekend and man does this place get packed. Literally every table was full. They must be making some good money at this location. As for the food, it was ok. The buffet is actual a bit small compared to other places and a few food items were missing that I’m usually accustomed to at a Chinese buffet. The one bright spot is the rather small sushi selection. They had delicious eel option as well as a crunchy roll. Both of which were pretty good and they stocked them regularly so I didn’t have to wait for it. As far as service, it was pretty decent. I have no complaints. With the amount of people there, I noticed they were attentive and gave people as much attention as they could. If I were in the same setting, I would forget exactly what people ordered and botch up the drink orders. One small negative was a went up and had two plates and some dessert. After getting up for the third time to get dessert, I noticed my two plates were STILL on the table. I had to give it to the server myself.
