Simple problem; Do Not slip in stupid sneeky add-​ons. IF YOU RENT from BJ’s, Even though the ‘contract’ is lengthy,…AND they take a 500 deposit on a credit card,… They slip in a damage waiver fee. Stupid. Customers expect honest and clear pricing. The guys here were nice, but they pushed the wrong button, it’s a shame that Businesses feel they must do deceptive things to make money – Rental cost is the rental cost.

Tje double bill is standard, Unless you can pick it up yourself you think they are going to do it for free? while only charging one day rate? how can you say crappy to a company who saved you money. I’ve had good service with them and their proffessional staff. At any rental yards they leave the keys in so please do your homework like the rest of america.

We rented a 1.5ton excavator over the weekend — they gave it to us for the whole weekend for the same rate as one weekday. Anyway, excavator worked well, they dropped it off on time. Only problem is that they left the key in the machine — can you say huge liability!!! They need to be more careful b/​f someone gets injured and they’re stuck with a huge lawsuit.
Just got the bill — they charged us two deliver fees: one to drop it off and one to pick it up — that just seems crappy!
