Had a scheduled appt cancelled so that they could attend to water damage customers who seem to take priority over regular cleaning customers. they did a good job but found them to be among the most expensive carpet/​tile cleaning companies I’ve ever worked with.

We had Tilton Cleaning out to clean the grout on our first floor.
The entire experience was great. I initially contacted Mike through his website and he got right back to me. Mike was able to give me a price on the phone. The work was scheduled for the following week. He showed up right on-​time and our grout looks brand new we couldn’t be happier.
We would highly recommend his services!

This family business is outstanding and reliable. They work magic with: coffee red wine, and now, a big rust stain under an old upright lamp, that has vanished! Tthey are very careful with all my furnishings too. I can’t recommend more highly! Liz

I used Tilton’s for the first time last month and couldn’t be happier with them. Matt arrived at the scheduled time, and was very professional. I had my bedroom and livingroom (oriental)
rug cleaned… they both looked great when Matt left, but once the bedroom rug dried some of the stains reappeared. I called Mike to see if they could give it another cleaning and sure enough they did. Mike was able to get Matt back within a week to have him clean the rug a second time. I was very happy with the results with the second cleaning.
I really appreciated the fact that when I called Mike to ask if they could give the rug a second cleaning he didn’t hesitate in scheduling an appt. Both Mike and Matt were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend them. I also found the cost of the cleaning to be very reasonable.

I’ve used Tilton for carpet and upholstery cleaning numerous times over the past few years. They do a thorough job and guarantee it, so they’ll come back if you’re not happy about anything (I’ve never needed them to come back).
No hesitation about recommending them. I’ve been very happy.
