Worst customer service experience in a very long time. If you don’t know what your classic, famous items are and you asked 3 times for an item and you get a blank stare, something is wrong. Not going to the store — not when you can order online! Not impressed at all.

Maybe not fast but efficient customer service when I went there to get my bracelet fixed. Instead, they gave me a brand new one(still under warranty). I was very happy.

I’ve been to the flagship Tiffany store in New York as well as the Copley Square location, but this one has been the best in my experience. I visited twice to resize a ring(drop off and pick up). Both times all the store employees, including security, greeted me with a smile, which hasn’t been the case at those other Tiffany locations. Amanda, who helped with the resizing, was super professional, easy to work with, and very helpful with a positive attitude. Because of this store experience I will be shopping at Tiffany more often.

Couldn’t be less efficient during the holiday. Unhelpful, unorganized and rude. I consistently buy product here and I’m once again amazed by the lackluster performance from the staff.

Not a huge selection but the people will do anything they can to get you to buy a piece of jewelry. Tiffany’s have a liberal return policy returned some jewelry after year. Tiffanys gave me 100% of what I paid in store credit I can’t beat that.

Been here a couple times and have no complaints except they make you pay for a watch battery replacement! $ 35, ugh. It used to be a free service, but not anymore. BOO!

I recently visited the natick store and could not believe the attitude I received from two of the store associates there, Kimberly and Peggy. For tiffany &co being such a high priced jewelry store I would have thought that greeting a customer with warmth and a smile is a must. instead I felt like I was walking into a funeral home. I left with nothing but had my heart set on something In particular so went to chestnut hill where I’m always greeted with a smile as I should be. As I was spending a small fortune on a pair of earrings :/! Thanks chestnut hill for your wonderful customer service ! And for the natick store you just lost a great customer.

5 stars all around, but mostly directed towards our salesperson. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful and considerate when helping us pick out our wedding bands. We are so happy we have the Tiffany & Co beautiful limited edition rings, and Anastasia was so accommodating when purchasing what will be a timeless and special part of our lives and marriage! If we ever decide to upgrade for our 10, 15, or 20 year anniversary, we will be paying Anastasia a visit in the Natick mall. Thank you!

Own a Tiffany key ring and just lost the little screw-on ball on the end that holds the keys on. Tiffany wants $ 20 for a replacement when they should replace it for free or maybe charge a buck or two. While it is silver, this ball is so small that the cost of the silver can’t be more than a buck. The key ring itself is really only worth maybe $ 20. Oh, wait, I forgot it says«Tiffany» on it — so it must be worth hundreds! They just lost a customer.

Even though my mother spends most of her time at the Boston location. This branch is also very good. Their selection may be much smaller, but they can get anything in for you. I was in with my newborn about a month ago and they were so helpful and accomodating because it is NOT easy being out with a 2 week old!

Tiffany, you can be a real bitch sometimes, all haughty with your better-than-you-blue colors and über shiny… well everything. But for once, thank you for not scoffing at me for coming in your spiffy store on an impromptu shopping day at the mall in sweats. My chain to my necklace had tragically died the night before, so I brought it in for a quick fix. The guard actually smiled at me, as well as multiple associates who personally escorted me to the back where customer service is. There was someone there in front of me, so I took a seat and started browsing through the catalog of dreams and crap I cant afford. Not two minutes later, an elderly gent who I can only guess was a manager came to apologize and said someone would be right there, as he went to snap at someone to move their ass. The sweet gal helped me out — apparently it had to be sent in, but they would do it for free — and sent me on my way in minutes. Very impressive Natick Mall Tiff’s. Me and you are gunna get down when i get my next paycheck.
