I enjoy the all-you-can-eat Hotpot. The Chinatown ribs are amazing. No need to ride to Stoughton anymore. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews with regard to the service. Every server that I have ever had here has been friendly and responsive. Yes, there seem to be a lot of rules with regard to the all you can eat but that seems to be the case with the other all you can eat Asian restaurant in the area as well and this one is much better.

I went with friends on a Friday night a while back. They wouldn’t seat us until all of our party was present, I get it, but there were plenty of empty tables and we would have ordered apps and drinks while waiting, their loss. The food was good, but was eclipsed by the fact that after we ate, we were told that they were closing in half an hour and we would have to leave. When the time came, we were told they were closed and our table was descended upon to be cleared in a very rude and loud fashion. I have been in the restaurant industry for over 12 years and that is taboo. We will not be returning!

Great find. Their sushi special is awesome, $ 15 for three roles, soup and salad. Their soup dumplings(xiao long bao) are delicious!

I LOVE coming her with a group because the menu had something for everyone and they have comfy booths or large tables. Full bar provides any cocktail you like. My family usually comes for the hot pot soup, but I have also come just to have sushi or chinese food. Soup dumplings are fantastic! Plenty of lot parking in front of the restaurant, which is shared with Itz a party and cannon dale, etc. Bring your appetite and room on your credit card. It’s good food that is worth the hefty price.

3.75 to be exact. This is for the all you can eat experience. I came here with a group of friends and with the all you can eat deal, we all left very satisfied. The deal where you get the unlimited hot pot and sushi goes for around $ 34. This deal is worth it if you take full advantage of getting a share of all the different food they have available. I had my fair of sushi to try here and I have to say most of it was nothing too special. Though I had no complaints about it. It mainly tasted average with no particular instance of freshness or great taste that stands out. The cooked meat, which includes a bunch of meat on the skewers were cooked pretty well and It was good to have this option in addition to the hot pot and you just do not feel like doing hot pot for a few minutes. The meat we had on the skewers were good. with my favorite being the short rib skewers. For dinner, the hot pot selection is solid. They have a nice variety of meats to choose from and we just kept getting more and more meat to feast on. All the meat seemed to be handled and stored well before it got to us, as we all had no issues with the meat quality when we were cooking it. Service was solid and attentive, but at the same time, there were not many people at the restaurant when we were there. If I am in the area and end up being very hungry. You can bet that I shall come back here!

If you’re looking for amazing hot pot this place is one of the best! Been coming here for the past couple of years and I’ve never had a bad experience. I always get the spicy broth, fresh bok choy, spinach, fried tofu, and chicken and beef! And the wait staff are so attentive! Love it here.

I love how I don’t have to drive all the way to Boston for hot pot. Great selection and friendly staff. Make sure you try the sushi menu that is offered with the hot pot!

Good food. I like the hot pot and all you can eat sushi. Manager is a little rude. Stopped by our table to tell us that if we didn’t eat everything he would charge us extra. Uncalled for.

I stopped coming here because I had a chicken dish that was tough. It seemed like the chicken had freezer burn. Anyway it was unappetizing. Also one of the managers would comment on the quantity of food I ordered when I would get take out. «You’re back again? You ate all that food already?» I did like the sushi but the Chinese dishes seemed to decline in quality so now I go elsewhere.

4 stars for the hot pot buffet AND sushi buffet menu. The cocktail drinks could have been better, best to stick to the beers. We were there a little around 1pm, so missed the lunch rush and the service was quick and attentive. I would come back here again for the buffet style. Guaranteed to leave full! It’s a great alternative to Minato down the street, FYI.

For all the Shabu Zen lovers out there, this place will seem overpriced and have very small portions.(And nothing beats their fish paste, am I right?) But to counter this, and lesson learned, Ten-Ichi’s all you can eat deal is worth it. It’s a large restaurant so I’m sure they can easily accommodate big groups. I had wanted to try the street vendor style clams but what luck they didn’t have any that day, just lobster. The server was nice about selling their lobster and Hubs likes it so I figured why not. It was tasty although the minced pork on top was really dry. I bet the clams are delish! So if I recall correctly, the meat combo hot pot was about $ 25. We got a couple add ons and shared it along with the lobster so we had enough food.(PS — the noodles aren’t exactly udon, it’s different.) But for the price, I’d definitely recommend just doing the AYCE. Plus you can get sushi too! I’d take AYCE hot pot over other buffets any day, sorry Minado. Just come with an empty stomach and be ready to put down.

This is my go to place around Natick for decently priced, delicious sushi. I’ve eaten here at least 8 – 10 times and have always been happy with my experience. Everyone is always friendly. My most recent waitress, Maggi was the most friendly and helpful. The person I was with didn’t know how to use chopsticks but wanted to try. Not only did she brought a fork, she made«training chopsticks» for my friend and we couldn’t have been happier! It really made our dining experience one to remember. I always order the Salmon Tartare appetizer which has mango, salmon, and is topped with this incredible sauce. Everyone always loves it. Again sushi is always good. Haven’t tried hot pot yet but there are always people ordering it! I will of course be back to this place!

I work at the crowne plaza right next door and there is a reason why we don’t recommend this place to our guests. their customer service is the worst. i tried this place out of curiosity because they are the only restaurant in the area that i haven’t tried yet. the waitress at that time was very rude, she is always on a hurry, she gets upset when you don’t order right away and gets more upset when your group wont leave right away after you eat your food. their shabu shabu is also unreasonable, i mean come on, 8 dollars for 4 small shrimp which btw they call«jumbo».their soup base taste bland and the only good food they have is their sushi. avoid this place, there are a lot better places in framingham and natick.

So, I’ve been here 3 times now. The first time was about five or six years ago when the place first opened. On our way back from NYC, my husband and I decided to give them a try. Sadly, I ended up having diarrhea. I called them the next day, and the person who answered the phone vehemently denied any responsibility for what happened. At the time, since they were relatively new, I decided not to write a negative Unilocal review. Fast forward to 2015 Halloween night, after a few hours of trick-or-treating with my daughter, niece, and nephew, we decide to come here for dinner. My husband’s side of the family frequent the restaurant often as they live close by. I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered sushi and Chinese entrees. I especially enjoyed the crazy mango maki as it’s made with deep fried oysters giving it a very rich umami flavor. I told my husband that we should come back and try the All You Can Eat dinner option. Tonight, we returned and did AYCE. Unfortunately, I left the restaurant only to stop minutes later at the local McDonald’s for a bathroom run — pun intended! I guess I’m not really surprised because I could tell that the raw meats and veggies weren’t the freshest. My husband and I rarely go out for hot pot and prefer to do it at home. We usually go to Chinatown or HMart the very same day to buy our meats and veggies. So, we know what truly fresh hot pot tastes like. Another thing that seemed really off to me was the soy sauce used for hot pot. It’s the same sauce used for their gyoza and tastes sweet. I didn’t like the flavor of how my hot pot dipping sauce came out and decided to make a fresh one using their designated sushi soy sauce. That tasted more like the traditional hot pot dipping sauce, salty and savory. Overall, I would come back again but not do the hot pot. I would just come and order off the menu and go for the sushi/maki. They do have some very inventive and tasty maki. The service was good considering we were a fairly large party.

We came here on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy their AYCE Hotpot and Sushi. Surprisingly good! Would definitely come back again with a bigger party! Attentive waitress, very helpful with the menu and suggesting some kushiyaki, which by the way was amazing. For $ 30 something, we came out of there very satisfied. Only knock would be the quality of their sushi. Rice was a bit dry and rolls weren’t too fresh.

Let me start by saying this used to be my favorite sushi restaurant in the area and sadly after tonight’s service and the quality of food I no longer think that. First off there was weird wet dog smell when we walked through the door. Our waitress was Iris and she was incredibly rude the whole meal. She was asking us to pass her dishes and asking us to clear the table which I usually don’t mind but she didn’t ask politely. We also asked for the check split and you would have thought I had personally insulted her. Having worked in the restaurant business the first rule is to never let the guest know if you’re annoyed and she made sure we knew she was annoyed. Finally and I feel the worst part of the evening was when she stood hovering over our shoulders and immediately took our checks the second we signed to see what we tipped. All very rude. Very disappointing. :(

Wow. Just came in the door at 8:10pm and I guess hot pot buffet ends at 8pm. Too bad they don’t even have a website for you to check things like that. How do you expect customers to know any of your times then you should at least have a website or Facebook. Plus they close at 9pm so why not just extend an hour! Ridiculous rules and zero customer communication. Will not be coming back.

TERRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! We showed up at 3:50 for the lunch buffet, which ended at 4, and they refused to seat us until the remaining 3 of our party of 7 was there. The other 3 were stuck in traffic because it was Black Friday, and we ran the last 5 minutes to get there before 4. Keep in mind, the entire restaurant was empty! The manager even asked me where the rest of our party was, and when I told him they were parking, he started peering outside and said, «I don’t see them…» It’s ridiculous that they would rather lose out on our big party to cheap us a couple extra bucks. Didn’t even get to try their food, but if it’s anything like their service, no thanks. Never go here!!!

This place surprised me. Went with a few friends after a festival and hot pot really hit the spot. We did the AYCE hot pot and sushi for $ 32(I think that’s the only option). Sushi was surprisingly good! I was not really sure what to expect from this place since its in the Natick area. They have sashimi pieces and then a list of sushi that you can order from. There’s one we all really liked — it came with these little fried flakes on top, so see if you can order that one! It’s so good. The hot pot was delicious, we got 2 broths for the 2 of us(extra for different kinds of broth I think, like the mala spicy one). They have everything that you want to order for meats, veggies, and seafood, so just order off the menu and keep going until you are full! Be careful in not ordering too much — it’s hard to figure out the amount since I am usually starving when I come here and both sushi and hot pot are very filling. Staff are nice, they check up on you and always see if you want anything else. Plan to be VERY stuffed when you leave this place. But I definitely think this is the best when you are feeling cold — will warm you right up! Yum can’t wait til I get to go back! I’m hungry all over again.

This place is great. Especially their customer service! Emphasize on the service. I’ve been here a few times or more than a few ever since they first opened but I finally decided to write a review this last time I came because of how much they moved me. So I waltzed in myself at 10:30 at night on w very empty night. Only a party of three were sitting at the bar with the rest of the restaurant completely empty. Now when I came in they asked me if I wanted takeout and I said oh I actually just wanted to eat here. They then told me they were closing because the kitchen closed at 10:30 and I just said oh… But then they asked me how many people wanted to eat here? And I just said myself in which they responded ok you can sit down and order. So what ended up happening was I ordered what I wanted, the food came fast, the service was impeccable, and I tipped large cause I felt happy. I didn’t feel rushed one bit while they were serving the food although I was literally the last customer in the entire restaurant. The server helped spoon soup into another bowl for me cooling it at the same time and even told me no rush and to have a good meal as he left. Best service ever. It’s rare you’ll see such a large restaurant stay open for just one customer who ordered a measly soup and not rush them in the process. They were all smiles too! I felt this deserved 4 stars by itself. My only minus one star is the taste of their shabu. It’s average tasting. Nothing as amazing as the shabushabu in LA or NY. *cry* Anyway, come here for fresh sushi and yummy soup! Oh and don’t forget the alcohol!
