Went Christmas shopping with my wife to the Natick Mall recently. I was fading fast in the afternoon, until I found this oasis. Thank you Starbucks!

Worst service I have ever received in a Starbucks. four people were«working» but only two were handling customers. one at the register and one making drinks. the other two were restocking and cleaning. there was a long line and several people were waiting for their drinks. There was no reason that at least one of them couldn’t help customers. it was terrible.

Best Starbucks in the area. The entire staff is super nice and although they’re busy, they always make my drink perfectly.

While this Starbucks location is in the mall, and as such, does no have the floor space or room as stand alone shops, the staff is efficient and friendly, and they do a good job at handling the high volume and foot traffic, especially during the holiday season. I find location in the mall convenient, and it’s set up to take maximum advantage of their fairly small shop. If you’re looking to stop in and grab a coffee, it’s perfect. If you’re looking to spread out and take up a lot if room with your laptop, tablet, and various other electronic devices, it’s not gonna happen. This location is much more conductive to «get and go» traffic. Overall, not a bad spot. While it may not have the space and table and chair setup that many are accustomed to with Starbucks, it serves it’s purpose. It is a mall after all; get your coffee, and get back to shopping! Edit: They removed several of their tables, which I understand from a logistical standpoint, but don’t expect to hang around this location and relax after you get your goods. Just get your stuff and find another spot, otherwise, you will be surrounded by flocks of people hovering over you while waiting for their drinks.

05÷23÷14 at 8:20PM Starbucks store #21147. I ordered an iced green tea. After about 10 minutes of waiting I finally received a poorly made, diluted iced green tea. I asked the the girl who made my drink to make me another one and she simply looked at me as if I was crazy for telling her that the green tea she had just served me looked like iced water! What ever happened to the customer is always right?! And who hires these 12 years olds who know nothing about customer service? She gave me attitude and said it will take five more minutes to make me a new drink. I could clearly see she had a pitcher full of green tea already made. She refused to give me any green tea. Overall, She gave me attitude and I have never received such bad service and a diluted green tea! Ridiculous!

I absolutely LOVE Starbucks. BUT I have never experienced such TERRIBLE customer service in any location besides this one. There is one older women with red hair that by all means takes the cake when it comes to brutal customer service and NOT listening. I went in there this morning to get my normal, not so difficult, coffee and it was TERRIBLE. after I tasted it before I left, I asked her politely if she put any of the flavor syrup in there and she proceeded to tell me «uh no did you ask for it!?» so I politely replied«yes I did» oh okay mistake made and taken care of, perfect. Oh no then my second coffee was made COMPLETELY wrong againnn! I asked for a venti ice coffee french vanilla and soy milk, apparently french vanilla is hazelnut? sure. whatever. I am not picky by any means but wow did my coffee taste horrific and not only that but she continued with«oh sorry we ran out of covers, do you just not want one?» uhhhhhh no I would actually love some sort of lid for my coffee because its 8am and I would rather not spill it all over myself. Honestly, I would not have ever complained but this is not the first, second or even third time this has happened with her! Chance after chance I have given this women but yet any of my coworkers and I go in there we have some sort of issue. Whether it be her yelling at a customer in front of us and holding up the entire line or messing up coffees one after another for her coworkers to fix. No way am I EVER ordering a coffee when she is in there again.
