After spending a substantial sum on pool table, I was very disappointed in the customer service provided by the owner ‘Mike’. I have yet to be able to take delivery of my table, and Mike seems to think its not his problem since ‘he doesn’t do the delivery’. Well, I bought the table from his store and paid him for delivery, so as far as I’m concerned, he should be concerned until I have my table successfully delivered.
I can’t recommend this store to anyone looking for a pool table. Shop elsewhere where customer service is taken seriously.

Great selection of quality merchandise. Really helpful sales staff. Knowledgeable and patient — they really want you to be happy with your purchase. Delivery was good too. Recommended.
