The Indian establishment at the Natick Mall food court is no longer there, so I gravitated toward the Thai spot in the corner. They tempted us, rather successfully, with tastes of their chicken. I hadn’t been eating all that healthy lately, so I opted for two veggie options with the carb, with my carb of choice being the pad thai. I love pad thai. Their pad thai, however, I was not loving. It was more meh. The vegetables were okay, however, with tender crisp green beans and bad for you fried tofu. $ 7.49 for a rather large container of food.

Food was fine but they sold us a bottle of flat soda. We didn’t realize it was flat until my daughter took her first sip. It was undrinkable, but they would not exchange it or refund our money. They told us it was Coke’s problem and we should contact them. That left my daughter without a drink. We won’t be going back.

Since my last review of Ruby Thai, they have come under new management and the food quality has improved for the better. Still offer an employee discount while the taste has greatly improved. The mango chicken is more than fried dough and the Pad Thai and Lo Mein are great. They also offer a peanut sauce and spicy chili one as well, which is a nice touch. Best Asian food i bathe mall for sure!

This place is ehhh. The food is not really the best. Their lo mein is pretty decent I would say compared to the rest of the Asian places in the food court. Their mango chicken is disgusting. There’s usually only like 2 pieces that are actually good. The rest are just very chewy and stringy. Not appetizing at all. The rest are the chicken dishes are ok. The staff isn’t the best. It’s really hard to communicate with them sometimes and they tend to be very messy when putting the food in the containers. There’s usually smudges of the sauces on the container itself. But what can you expect. It’s not any better or worse than the rest of the Asian food places in the food court.
