Oakley

This isn’t always my go-​to store when I’m in Natick, but I’ve never been disappointed when I did decide to look around (typically with my roommate). Their basic tees are what I usually gravitate towards. I’ve purchased two v-​necks from here and they are both of high quality and compliments are common when I wear them. My roommate is usually looking for the Oakley-​branded products — sunglasses, t-​shirts, active gear. He can drop a lot of money here because of the variety and quality of product that they offer.
My only issue with the store is the service. They aren’t always the most helpful; they usually stay behind the counter. I worked in retail for a brief amount of time, and engaging with the customer with just a «Hello» is enough to keep someone coming back. I wish they would do that more often.

I resisted the temptation to try to save a few bucks mail ordering cycling glasses and went directly to the store. I am very happy I did. They must send these guys to some serious training. I’m guessing the person who helped me (Blake?) spent an hour explaining the benefits and drawbacks to a single lens versus dual, different lens colors, polarized, vented, etc.
When surfing the web, I had my mind made up on a completely different pair than I bought at the store. I walked out knowing I got exactly what I wanted. I also knew I was getting Oakleys, as opposed to fauxkleys that are all over the web.
