Worst service EVER! Rude, no acknowledgement from employees. They act like you are an annoyance to their day! I actually got yelled at, yes for real, yelled at for asking for duck sauce. First of all. I asked for it three times without the woman saying anything. I paused each time I asked… no eye contact, no wait a minute, no nothing. She was snippy because there was no duck sauce in the container next to the register. She proceeded to put it in the container and yell at me. I questioned why she was telling at me and she didn’t even acknowledge she was talking to her. It was crazy! The food was nothing special, mostly dry and flavorless. It seemed overcooked. Avoid at all costs!

Good Lord this place is bad. The orange chicken is like crispy cardboard and the beef has so much salt I thought I was swimming in the dead Sea. My girlfriends general’s chicken was at least passable for food, but her rice was dry and undercooked. God help anyone who eats here.

Most rude staff ever. I could not understand what they were saying and they started to curse in Chinese because of it. Use to come here every couple weeks, will not be doing so again.

G. M is correct my chicken was only mediocre and black. The workers where pushing me to order more food. The egg roll was the only good item in my order. 1.25 stars

My Lord, this place is terrible. The orange chicken tasted like cardboard. Come to think of it, everything tasted like cardboard. My wife and I gave up eating this stuff after about 5 bites. Steer clear, Unilocalers. Even McDonald’s is a better choice and is cheaper too.

Master Wok reeled me in with their free sample, as I was walking on my way to Macys thinking of what to have for lunch. There was a huge line to order because it was noon and the lunch rush was in full swing. However the line moved swiftly and with ease. Most people knew what they wanted and ordered quickly, I on the other hand wanted to see what my options were. I had a two-item plate, general chicken and beef & broccoli with fried rice. I wanted noodles too but there was a 5-minute wait for noodles, so I decided to pass. My food wasn’t that bad when you consider that it’s food from the food court. The general chicken that had sold me on eating here was a bit disappointing. I ended up getting more batter than actual chicken, but I did enjoy the sweet/sour taste the chicken had. The beef & broccoli as well as the fried rice were decent but nothing to brag about. If I found myself hungry at the mall again, I could consider giving Master Wok another try.
