If this is the only place you have the option of going to then it’s ok. The photo shoot is literally 5 minutes. It’s very rushed. They don’t set their camera to take multiple photos with one click so if someone blinks and you liked that pose too bad. 1 photo for each pose. And there’s wasted poses where the photographer purposely took 2 pics of me(mom) standing with my 2 young daughters only for her afterwards to tell me she didn’t like the height difference so she deleted those.

Have had problems at every phase– shoot starting over an hour after scheduled, problems with prints, not able to get CD printed, not arriving when promised. You name it, they have an issue. NOTWORTHTHEPRICEOFGROUPON!

This photo shoot was not what I was expecting. I bought the Groupon thinking I wouldn’t have to pay a $ 100+ bill, but got duped into paying one anyway. The Groupon pays for very little, when it seems like it pays for a lot. The photographer was also a bit of a grouch and we really had to try and get her to warm up to us. She didn’t greet us when we came in and we didn’t start on time. We also wanted to have some casual, less forced/more fun pictures, but the photog was really strict and serious. We didn’t have a good time at all on top of having to pay more money unexpectedly. I definitely do not recommend this place nor the Groupon for it!

I had the worst experience with their customer service. I walked in to pick up prints and there were 5 people standing behind the counter eating donuts and staring into space. I had called beforehand to ensure that my pics had arrived. I get there and, first, they tell me they can’t find them. Then, they find a package with my name on it, but someone else’s photos. This person, of course, had an outstanding balance and they expected me to pay it. It wasn’t my child in the photos and I had paid when the photos were taken! After looking through the photos, myself, I find only half of my order. They then try to convince me that was all I ordered. Of course, I already paid for the other half that was missing! I finally get them to reorder the missing half and ask several times to make sure I am not paying for this reorder. They were going to charge me $ 28! After all this, they even made me pay for the spec photos! No apology, nothing. I made them put in writing that my reorder would not be charged, since it was their mistake! NEVER will I be using their services again and I’ve been a loyal, repeat customer!

It was the worst experience every. I called and made an appointment because they were running a black Friday special so the cd would be $ 49. When I called and informed them that I will be bringing my husband, my 19 month old and my 4 month old, as well as my parents, they told me we would have plenty of time. When we got to the studio we were told that we have ten minutes, yup ten minutes with 6 people and 2 of them being under the age of two. We were rushed, the pictures came out horrible, and I felt horrible making my parents, and my children come out on the craziest day just to be rushed in a ten min appointment. If I was told it was going to be a ten minute appointment when I called, I would have never come in because anyone know that ten minutes is not enough, especially when you have children.

This JC Penney is nice. The best way to get there is thru the 3 floor of the parking deck. That’s the easiest place to find parking as well.
