I love Free People; the items I purchase from fp end up being some of my favorite most used pieces. However I’d much rather order online than go to the Natick store. The first time I ever stepped into this store there wasn’t a sales person in sight. My friend and I grabbed a few items as we shopped and had to practically hunt someone down to get us a fitting room. The associate failed to then ask us if we were doing okay or if we needed anything else. I was discouraged but figured it might have been an off night. Today I visited again with the same friend. This time there were maybe two or three girls working but none of them greeted us. They saw us browsing around and looking at merchandise and none of them approached either or us or said one word to us the entire time we were in the store. I’ve worked retail for six years and none of my managers would ever allow me to act like that to any potential customer. Not only was their service non-existent but their associates have off a ‘too good for you’ vibe that made them unapproachable and made the experience uncomfortable. Made the mistake of coming here twice; won’t do it again.

Cute, small Free People boutique that seems to stock the brighter, patterned, funky pieces. I was stoked to head there last year and find the asian-inspired tunic I’d seen online in both colors so I could try it on and debate which one I had to have. Staff is friendly and the items they carry do seem to be well-stocked in all sizes, which makes for an easy shopping experience.

Have shopped here quite a bit since last summer — I can’t believe no one has reviewed it yet, so here goes. I LOVE Free People clothes, and was thrilled when this location opened since it’s 5 minutes from my house(my wallet, on the other hand, not so thrilled). Staff is always helpful and friendly(altho, thankfully, not overly so), and returns are easy.
