Always sad with the small selection of nail polish they have at some locations. Came in to get Morgan Taylor polishes on sale, and half of the display was EMPTY. Not to mention they did not have the LE OPI colors I was hoping to grab. Was also greeting with a «what are you doing here» attitude from the only associate on, that was changing price tags while I was scooping the nail polish section.
Main reason for a 1 star review, the associate Heather said that if I wanted to try polish out, just ask because it’s not sanitary (swatches two colors that I ened up buying, oh my!). That’s adorable, I’ll remember that when I use the same bottle colors on clients. I am a state certified nail technician, that has had proper training in said field. If it wasn’t sanitary for clients to use the same bottle anothet client used, then the nail polish industry would be BOOMING because we’d have to throw every bottle away. The solvents in the nail polish will destroy any type of bacteria, and will eat the cell wall membrane. Hope you enjoyed some well know nail polish education.
I will stick with the Medford location, they treat their customers kindly and not with an attitude.
