We stayed here and our company relocated us because of all the problems. Would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is becoming a four points by Sheraton. At least that’s what the front desk says? Newly renovated rooms are great! 55 inch samsung all HD tvs, greats beds and nice fixtures. Electronic keys are clutch! Put it in your wallet and wave at door and it opens. Non of that stupid insert key card in door to get in your room. Might think its stupid but when your in hotels 4 nights a week all your life it’s life saving. Saves trips back to the front desk alot. Still under renovations as of June 2014 but I like where they are going

Nothing fancy about this place. Checked in after midnight and was checked out next day by 9 am as I was continuing my trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and they provde a shuttle to the airport for free which always helps the wallet. The free breakfast was nothing special but it a free hotel breakfast so I cant complain about it. Hotel had construction going on but I didnt hear them in the morning and they were working already. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Thats all that matters really anyway am I right. The price was right for a standard no frills hotel.

Jerry is extremely rude and does not take care of the customer. Jerry’s resolve to customer concerns is «check out and go somewhere else». Hotel is dirty, broken TV, ceiling coming apart, dirty carpet, nails sticking out of the wall, wallpaper coming off, foam pellets dispense from the heating. unit, phone in room does not work, and no key to the personal safe in the closet. Owner Nate does not return calls. This place is a joke!

I saw a lot of negative reviews for this hotel on other sites, but I really don’t think they gave it a fair shot. Our bed was so comfy and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast wasn’t too bad: waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes and yogurt. Not too shabby. Plus we got %20 off our nightly rate.

I slept well here, but their breakfast kinda sucked. Not enough healthy options: no yogurt, no boiled eggs. Checkout time was 11(too early!) and their wi-fi was sooooo slow. It was impossible to stream any content. The pool and whirlpool both looked nice but I didn’t have time to try either of them. This was my first time staying at this chain and it wasn’t bad, but I’ll probably go back to favorites(Holiday Inn Express and DoubleTree) next time.
