I have had 3 repair sessions on my two upright basses here, and the work has been exemplary! They also have a good array of strings and accessories. I don’t even know of anywhere else in town that has strings in stock.

When I worked in artist management I had the opportunity to do business with these folks a lot. Our artist wasn’t always the easiest on her mandolin and fiddle therefore it often needed repairs. The staff were always timely with their maintenance and always warned me that if the artist continued to hold the fiddle in a certain manner it would eventually ruin it. I always passed along those suggestions but I’m not sure anyone listened. I thought the company did a great job at conducting business and never overcharged. They understand the urgency of the business and did things as quick as possible.
