I do not recommend renting from this complex, I lived there for a few years. The positives are that the people working there are nice and it’s cheap. Negatives, the walls are thin and you hear everything. You have to put in a 60 day notice which is difficult to do when you have a job offer, etc. Without going into details, your typical shady rental owners. I’ve talked to other former tenants who had similar negative experiences. I would recommend if you are going to rent there renting from a separate owner and not the actual complex if possible.
