Went back again and was thrilled with the service. You can’t beat the price and the location of this place. So many places to walk to in this area. I will keep coming back every vacation.

I get my hair cut here a lot. Most of the students do a good job. Good if you need an inexpensive, simple haircut. The only thing I would change is the students don’t have/​work with electric razors.

I occasionally go to beauty schools in between visits to my regular salon to get my hair straightened when I don’t feel like doing it.
The first time I went here, the girl who did my hair got it so tangled that I had to help her detangle it.
I called to try to make an appointment 3 days in a row, but none were available. I was told to try «walk-​in day» on Monday. I called before I came in to see if they’d be able to see me. The girl on the phone said yes, so I washed my hair (to avoid the tangled mess I had the first time,) and headed over. I sat there for 10 minutes before I was told, «she won’t be able to see you.» When I asked the «receptionist» why she told me I could come, she just offered to make me an appointment and then told me I could leave.
Rude. Poor customer service. Not that I expect the same service as my salon, but they need to do better. Cheap prices mean that you get cheap service. ALL of the other beauty schools in the Nashville area are much, much better!
