Leroy at this location is the best thing ever! I had rented a truck a few days before at another location. I was very dissatisfied with the office staff. Not necessarily the equipment. (just poor customer service)
So I changed location and meet the most professional person (Leroy) if you want AAA customer service. Leroy is your man!
Not to mention they have a large selection to choose from. Leroy thanks for making my move easier!

I had a unit at this location for almost two years.
Recently, my account went unpaid and my unit almost went to auction. HOWEVER, I called and paid the balance IN FULL before auction. I currently live 5 hours away, in Georgia. This past weekend, I drove to Nashville, rented a by-​the-​hour rental truck, and went to the unit during business hours to move out.
SUPRISE! I can’t access my unit. The lock had been changed, and I was denied access to MY BELONGINGS. Although my account was CURRENT.
After a long wait and many rude comments, they sent the ONLY nice staff member they have to break the lock. I believe his name was Arthur.
Because of their lack of professionalism and stupidity, this move ended up costing me so much more money… my rental truck was BY THE HOUR.
I will STRONGLY advise any friend to STEER CLEAR of this location. I NEVER ONCE GOT AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR MISTAKE.
*** NOTE: I have filed a complaint with corporate, and if they do something to change my overall impression of the U-​Haul brand, I will GLADLY update this review.

I’ve never rented something here without having to wait 20 – 25 min in line (WITH a reservation). They don’t tell you how long you have to wait, they just work on the customer in front of you… very slowly. Prices are reasonable, I like uhaul, they’re nice here too, just be prepared to wait.

This U-​Haul location is great! Makes the stress of moving/​storage stress free! I used a truck and a storage unit. The staff is awesome. The manager here goes out of his way to ensure a good experience. If there is a snafu (as there often is dealing with a company this large), he makes sure you hardly notice it– if at all. If the company hasn’t given him a raise in a while, he is long past due– you have quite a resource in this man at your company.
He makes this location!

Gets the rare 5 star treatment. This is the second time I’ve used this location and have nothing bad to say.
Wait for pick up of my truck was minimal, just the 5 minutes it took for the cashier to finish up with the customer in front of me. Gave them my name quickly brought up my reservation and handed me the key. The truck was already pulled up right to the door for me. Interior was clean and the truck ran extremely well no issues.
Even better was the drop off. After hours and they’re closed just make sure the truck is clean. Pull it up and drop the keys in the slot. Easier than dropping of library books.
