I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. Most recently, the man who rang me up was extremely courteous and pleasant. He was also extremely helpful. I will be coming back

I was so excited when I got a Tory Burch Fitbit bracelet for Christmas! I got the rose gold version which looks awful on my skin so I called the Nashville store to see if they had a gold one in stock to exchange. I spoke to a sweet woman on the phone who let me know one was returned and that she could hold it for me until EOD the next day. I made the 40 minute drive to the Green Hills mall and asked for the bracelet from a young woman when I arrived. I was told that they didn’t have any, but I reassured her that I had put one on hold the day before. She went back to check and this time returned with a guy and they both told me I would have to order it online. I was very confused at this point because I knew I didn’t dream that I had put it on hold and I reiterated that I had done so the day before. The guy then told me that it hadn’t been marked with a time to hold until and he had sold it. I was truly appalled. What is the point of putting something on hold if it really doesn’t do anything for you? I bit my tongue and remained courteous, but I am still fuming about this. Do they do this to all customers? If I had known it wasn’t going to be there I wouldn’t have made the trip! Unfortunately this is the only Tory store in the area, but thankfully I live in California and was only visiting my family in Nashville for the holidays. For an upscale brand that should provide an upscale shopping experience, this store is a disappointment.

Admittedly, I am a bag lady. Not the kind you will see walking around pushing a shopping cart, but the kind that is obsessed with purses. And I can be rather snooty about them as well. Don’t get me wrong, I have a few inexpensive bags that are funky and trendy(I won’t shell out the big bucks for something that is only«in» for a season). But for the most part, I like classic designer bags. I’ve yet to make the plunge on a Tory Burch but I was in there to drool over several bags and give my husband that subtle(ok, not so subtle) hint that I’ve been a good girl and Santa should possibly reward me with such a thing come Christmas. After he saw the price he realized that I haven’t been«that» good so there’s no telling if I’ll score one of these beauties or not. The store, while small, is well laid out and the staff is very helpful. It’s nice to go in and dream about what might be if I win lotto…
