What would I do without the ladies at The Wax Pot Studio!!! I’m so excited they have expanded their services… including laser hair removal. I have had three treatments so far and am loving the results! I also love having them take care of my skin with customized facials. I highly recommend them any and every day!!!

Genevieve is professional, great at what she does, and is a lovely person.
I once had a really bad waxing experience years ago. I decided to give it another go after reading some Unilocal reviews. Im glad I did. In a little over 15 minutes we are done. Not only is she quick, but i am always surprised at how little it hurts. It sounds worse than it feels… Her facials are wonderful too. If you are debating, you should definitely give it a try.

This is the only place I trust with my eye brows. They do an awesome job shaping and really taking the time to make sure your eyebrows look great. I really feel they shaped my eyebrows for my face. I usually see Genevieve but I’ve seen Lynette too. They all do a fabulous job. I also have gotten a Brazilian done here (one with Lynette and one with Genevieve) and they make you feel very comfortable even for a first timer. The pain was almost not even a factor for me they are just that good. I definitely recommend this place for all your Waxing needs. They’re so great at what they do. Very clean and relaxing environment.

I LOVE Wax Pot Studio! It has been where I go for all spa needs. Mechelle is fantastic, just had a facial and massage this week by her and left feeling so relaxed. All of the staff is great here, very courteous. I highly recommend it for waxing, massage, and facial. Splurge on the 90 minute massage – so worth it!

Wax Pot Studio is the BEST! Don’t be fooled by the exterior; the waxing here is top notch. I’ve had Lynette for numerous brazilian waxes and she is FABULOUS — she makes an awkward and painful experience quick, relatively painless (the least painful waxing I have ever gotten… I think it’s because she is so quick with the strips) and comfortable. Definitely request her, although other technicians I have had here have also been great. Can’t say enough good things about this business! Also, if you are a student in the Nashville area, they have a nice student discount… an added bonus.

I really like this place. So far I’ve seen two different technicians here and they’ve both been fantastic. No attitude, good service and a decent price. The only thing that could make this place better would be free parking, but alas it’s located near Music Row and it can be hard to find a parking place on the street. There is a pay lot right next door though.

I still love this place and Mechelle still does a fantastic job (with waxing AND with massages – I didn’t realize she did massages, but she does and they’re great) but now I need to tell everybody about the new space. The new studio’s much larger and has a great little parking lot behind it (in addition to lots of street parking). The studio gives discounts to Vanderbilt employees now too, so that’s super awesome :)

Amazing place. Been to most of the women who do waxes, and all are great. They use soy wax which is amazing and unlike other waxes that hurt. If you have had a bad experience somewhere else like I had – come here it will be different! Also they have student discount and Maintenance pricing!

Genevieve is the absolute BEST!!! I’ve been going here for 3+ years and they are as good as it gets when it comes to Brazilian waxing. I’ve seen Lynette and Mechelle as well and they are all fabulous. I definitely recommend the wax pot, 100%!!

I’ve been going to Mechelle for waxing for a few years now. They moved a few times, but I always followed her because she gives as painless waxes as possible, and has a great personality. She is awesome! Don’t get me wrong, it still hurts, but a lot less than some other waxes I got from other professionals. Ask for her if you want to try it out. I tried all the waxes they have, and she’s my preference.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years for all my waxing needs. 99.9% of the time I’ve seen Lynette and let me tell you… AH-​MAY-​ZINGGGG! She is the sweetest most personable yet totally professional person I’ve met in a very long time. Technique wise: flawless. I received my very first Brazilian wax by her and she got me hooked. I’ve been getting maintenance waxes monthly since then. She was very comforting and calming during my first visit with her and her work area is clean and orderly. She’s also done my brows and lip waxes as well. Schedule an appointment here ASAP. You won’t regret it.

I go to Genevie for everything! She does all waxing and even does my eye lash tinting. I had such an awful experience with wax previously that I was very hesitant to even try it again but I’ve been with Wax pot for almost two years and could not be happier! I love the Wax Pot. It is by far the best waxing that I have found in Nashville. I see Sharon and she does the best job with my brows (which are two different shapes entirely, until she gets her hands on them and evens them out!). And her waxes are as painless as possible, efficient, and she is a kick-​ass lady. The facilities are clean and professional. Highly recommend!

I’d never been waxed before visiting Wax Pot Studio and randomly picking Genevieve for a brow shaping. Oops, now I’m hooked on the service, and on HER — it’s the most enjoyable this experience could possibly be, given our natural rapport and her expert application of wax/​wielding of tweezers. I’ve always been super satisfied with the job, and highly recommend this place and this aesthetician!

Genevieve is the BEST BEST BEST. As a former New Yorker, my standards for spa treatments are pretty high and she has definitely come through for me. Best for: waxing and facials. She also has an awesome demeanor but totally respects those who prefer to get work done in silence. Sometimes you want to spill your guts to the person cleaning out your pores and other times you just want to relax and let someone take care of you. Genevieve is your girl for both.

As long as I live in Nashville, I will get my waxing done at Wax Pot Studio. Genevieve was recommended by a friend, and she is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and has a lovely personality. I really enjoy my visits, as much as one can enjoy a wax session!
