Sorry, but I’m going to have to give a bad review, which I don’t typically like to do, but when something I pay for needs to be completely redone and at an expense, I feel it might be helpful to the business to know a change is needed. This shop did not keep my appointment with the original person with whom I had an appointment, and the young girl they gave me did such a bad job on my hair I had to get a second haircut to fix it. Everyone who saw my hair asked «What happened?!?» You can’t do the same cut to all hair types, and she hasn’t learned that yet. The reason I didn’t go back there to get it fixed was because it wasn’t just the bad haircut, it was the shuffling me around when I had someone scheduled. There are plenty of other places to go, so my recommendation is that if you do have to go here, be firm about who you want cutting your hair AND what they do during that haircut.

Hey… I actually got a decent haircut without spending $ 50!!! Everyone do the happy dance of joy!
I had to change my appointment last minute and they were very nice about it. I went in at 7pm which was the only time I had and I was the only one in there with the last hairdresser of the day Heather P. We happily chatted away and she did a great job on my hair.
The real test was after I washed it because they can make you look like a magazine cover with their fancy products and barrel brushes. I am not blessed with the hand eye coordination to brush my hair and dry it at the same time. I have tried and failed many times. Anyway it turned out fine and I think with velcro rollers for special occasions it will be great!
They are moving to the TJ Maxx shopping center soon but I think it’s a great little place to go get a haircut.
