I’m a fan of Starbucks. I am a huge fan of the new feature in the Starbucks app for ordering ahead. You just order, go to the location, and get yours off the counter. Efficient. Here in #Nashville, a couple of local #Starbucks spots have AWFUL lot designs. Starbucks(West End) and Starbucks(Dominican). West End has a massive and dangerous drive-thru line sitting in the road all morning. Dominican has not nearly enough parking, creating a free-for-all need to invent solutions on the fly. Sometimes, this results in a cranky customer yelling at another, like I was yelled at this morning. Surely causing your customers to bicker was not part of the brand promise, Starcrack. This lot also has a dead-end into the oncoming drive-thru traffic, complicating the discovery of the lack of adequate space even more.(Starbucks Smyrna is also guilty of this one.) I realize the previous Councilwoman from my area of town is credited with securing the Starbucks(and neighboring Lexus) deal, but clearly the planning was poor. Kinda what you’d expect, given her reputation. I was actually going to take this issue on if I had run for Council, especially the West End part. So the question is, what are you guys gonna do about it?

Drove up to my favorite Starbucks this morning in the hopes of using my new Starbucks app which I’d downloaded onto my iPhone. Just needed someone to show me how to use the app. I’d linked it to my PayPal but couldn’t figure out how to charge using my app. The drive thru guy couldn’t help and neither could any of the other workers in the store. They said they were clueless. Can you believe that? Suspicious. Dumb. Worthless.

One of my favorite Starbucks. Always friendly, seating is generous than other places aside from West End — which is mostly crowded. Come here to decompress during work when I have projects here. They get my Green Tea right every time. You may think that sounds silly, but have 1 bad Green Tea and it’s over. They have good specials on gifts. I bought my nasty, grouchy, condescending boss a bunch of cups for Christmas. She loved them, did nothing how I felt about her, but whatever. Yeah– we don’t work together anymore. Loved the cups. The Baristas know me and know I like a deal. They are always telling me when things get marked down. How I rec’d the deal. People like the coffee, I go for the Tea and my son likes their version of milkshakes, they call them Frappacino’s. Now you know! Milkshakes at other places.

Relatively speedy, efficient Starbucks location with a few dings for occasionally screwing up charges on a car full of people, but otherwise competent. Be forewarned: the entire local business community and government office complex swarm this place during morning rush and right after lunch, and the ingress/eggress paths were NOT designed to accommodate that volume of vehicles. It turns unto a rat’s nest real fast here.

The staff is horrifically slow. This starbucks is the worst one I’ve ever been to. Food and drinks all taste the same, as usual, but the staff clearly does not care. They’re super slow and often get orders wrong. The one thing I like about starbucks is that they are all efficient and everything tastes pretty good. This one is not either of those things.

I come here when I am out of town. Great, friendly staff, prompt service and fresh coffee. Overall a pretty good vibe. Wifi is off the charts fast and there is ample seating. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee here!

At Starbucks, you know what you’re getting… Ironically, I’m not a coffee drinker, but frequent Bucks because if their internet and short business meetings. This Starbucks specifically gets three stars for two reasons: 1 the parking sucks; 2. It was disheveled and kinda dirty inside. Eeeek.

This Starbucks is my favorite one in the Nashville area. Most of the staff here are extremely friendly and even remember my name, despite being one of the busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. It isn’t unusual to have a long line inside and out and to have difficulty finding parking, but everything moves through fairly quickly, despite the volume of customers their serving.

I happen to spend a lot of time and money at this Starbucks, every time I go I am amazed at how slow the drive thru line moves. The lady baristas are ok but Jay and Guy put them to shame with their impressive customer service skills. Drinks are inconsistent but beggars can’t be choosers.

They get 2 stars just for being a Starbucks and making drinks correctly, but honestly, if there were another nearby, I’d go there. I’m working mornings nearby for the summer, so I frequently stop here around 1. The drive thru line is generally INSANE — this is not a business model that drive thru really work with. The product takes too long. It’s usually much faster to park my car and go inside. But the parking situation isn’t great. Final gripe — they don’t have sandwiches or any of hte other non-pastry display items that most other Sbux’ have, which makes it a little harder to stop here at lunchtime.

My guilty addictions include the spinach wrap and skinny cinnamon dolce latte. I need a part time job to fund the daily purchases of these items! These two items pair well and make my tummy very happy!!!

Although it sounds like a cliché, it really is nice to go to a place where people know your name. I only use the drive thru and I love the service almost all the time. Most employees are fine, Jeannie and Vickie plus Will are super deluxe. These three faves need a raise!

Pretty long line on Saturday morning – probably filled with the hungover people, like my husband! They were very efficient with their line, though, and got us through pretty quickly. Great blueberry muffin, although the husband doesn’t think it’s as good as it used to be – apparently they changed their recipe. But their lemon squares are just meh. I don’t drink coffee, but my husband seems to enjoy it at $ 3 a pop… *shrug*

I like to check into Starbucks to see what is going on with my coffee. All Starbucks for the most part are the same, this one was just a little shop. I would say it was nice, clean and the service was usual. Boy, there is one on every corner!

Having a Starbucks right around the corner from my office is awesome! This location is very clean and the staff is really friendly. They have a drive-through at this location too. I will for sure be back!

I think I may have arrived after a mongol attack. Upon walking in, there were wet footprints about(it was not raining), one of the employee’s check stubs was laying in the entrance(and man, I hope that person was a part-timer). I found the source of the wet footprints being an overflowing and caution-taped off wide-open men’s bathroom. Coffee was fine, place was dirty, people were nice what I saw. I’ll try again some day as it’s near where I work. It was typical Starbucks employee formation of 3 non-stop coffee-slingers never catching up with the unending line of customers, so I can see why the place was a bit dirty. The choice was a line out the door or stopping to clean.
