It’s hit or miss with whether you’re going to get a nice barista or one that will only say the bare minimum of words to complete the sales transaction. I guess that’s anywhere, although it does seem like it happens a lot in Antioch. Drive thru is usually pretty proficient. Even long lines can get through in a matter of 6 – 8 mins.

My first time here was not great. The service was just ok for me but I saw other customers being treated worse. As one customer, who had been there awhile before i came, approached the counter«what’s up» is how he was initially greeted. Eventually he was asked how he could be helped but it wasn’t a very friendly exchange. I also had no wc marked on my cup and the order came with light wc. So overall it was just an ok experience.

I’ve been here more than a few times and service has always been ok, nothing special about it but the place opens at 5:30 am so tell me why it is 5:45 and I am still waiting for someone to come and open?

I usually go drive through and it’s usually pretty fast. I live nearby, so it’s on my way home. I have nothing to complain about. I can’t say that the service is slow.

Just came here recently couple days ago. Wow I am amazed at how fast they serve your drinks! The staff are also nice here and a friend of mine actually works at this location as well. Great teamwork here! Always clean and staff are prompt and ready to take customer orders of all the times I’ve visited here. Never had a problem with my order or the taste of my coffee!

I reaaaaally love this place! I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks in my life and the service at this one is my all time favorite. They offer me new suggestions of drinks I never even though of on the regular, and they make my reg. lattes so yum yum yummy! The outside space is especially really nice in spring and summer to have a little date or just get some fresh air. Also, love the free wifi ;-)

Service is top notch. Elizabeth, Teddy and Jimmy are the best baristas ever. The space is open and airy with a great patio. I like visiting this location more than any of the others in the Nashville area.

I never write reviews for corporate chains but this Starbucks is the second worst Starbucks I have ever been to anywhere in the world.(The worst: Starbucks right across the street from the British Museum in London) The service at this Starbucks is horrendous. I work on Murfreesboro Pk so I stop in for a coffee at least twice a month… the service is ALWAYS bad. The baristas seem unaware or uncaring about other people’s time. When your establishment is filled with people in business attire at 12:30PM, you should assume that they’re probably on their lunch break and they don’t have 20 minutes to wait for you to make a latte. Heed my warning: if you order anything other than a plain coffee, it will take between 15 and 20 minutes to get your drink. There are 4 people working behind the bar. It should never take 20 minutes to make a drink regardless of how many orders there are. There are 4 of you. I worked at a much busier Starbucks in college and if it took 4 of us 20 minutes to deliver a customer’s drink we’d all be fired at the end of the day. Not only is the staff lackadaisical in delivering orders, a handful of the baristas are extremely rude and inconsiderate. I came in today after lunch to pick up a coffee for the afternoon and in the middle of my order(while I was still speaking) another barista offered the cashier an erroneous latte. The cashier stopped taking my order, asked me to «hold on» and turned her attention to the barista. «What is this?» «I used skim milk instead of whole. Do you want it?» «Um, no let me ask this other barista chick if she wants it.» «Just put it over there.» «I don’t want them to think it’s a to-go order though.» The conversation continued while my boyfriend and I literally stood there and just stared at the guy making coffee and the cashier banter about what to do with this erroneous order. The cashier interrupted me mid-sentence and then proceeded to have a 3 minute conversation about what to do with an erroneous order. This is unacceptable. THEREARECUSTOMERSINFRONTOFYOU. A customer is ordering. Take the effing order and then figure out what to do with the mistake latte! The Starbucks brand is all about providing you a good cup of coffee with the(HUGE) added bonus of great convenience. If I wanted to be treated like an afterthought and wait around for 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee, I’d head to one of the hundreds of independent coffee shops for a far superior brew. NEVERAGAIN.

I love Coffee and I love Starbucks in moderation, I typically tend to try and take my business to locally owned coffee shops, but when that isn’t an option Starbucks is always great. The coffee is consistent, the drinks are always thoughtfully made and served exactly like you ask, that cannot go without notice. The service at this particular location is great, there is one guy who could stand a little«livening» up but aside from his unengaging demeanor, everyone is pleasant. This is near my work and when we have a craving I brave the crappy traffic to get here and always leave pleased. I wish this place were closer to my office, aside from that 4 stars!

i absolutely LOVE this Starbucks compared to others in the area. Its much newer, the crowd is good, WiFi is usually running on decent speed and the Barista make a pretty design on your Latte if you ask them LOL! I just LOVE the outside seating for nice sunny days.

Having lived close by this location in my college years, I have a fondness to this Starbucks because of the memories, and will still stop by if I’m in the area. They have a decent drive-thru, and they make my latte right. Apparently Starbucks has updated their oatmeal to stone rolled oats that aren’t quite as good and the baristas are still working out the water ratio. My oatmeal was extremely watery on my last visit, and I tried to bring it back but the barista told me he put in the right amount, but I had to wait 5 minutes… OK, it had been at least 4 minutes, but to give him the benefit of the doubt I waited another 5 minutes… still extremely watery. I get that it’s new, but I wish he would have just gotten me a new one instead of making me wait another 5 minutes. Oh well, my coffee was still good and I’ll be back if I’m close by!

Much better than the one on Bell Rd. near Red Lobster. If you live in the area save yourself some time and go here. Plus there is a drive through.
