Silky Nails is my favorite mani/pedi place in Nashville/Bellevue! Leeanne and Terry are both conscientious and kind. I always get compliments on my pedicures! And it NEVER smells chemically, like 99%of the other places in town! Thank you, Silky Nails!

This is the best place in Nashville to have your nails done! Terri and LeAnn are so sweet and not pushy like other salons are in this area. I’ve been here so many times and I will continue to come back! My daughter goes with me and they are so sweet and good to her and she loves the work they do! I’ve never had a bad job done here! I highly recommend this salon!!!

The worst manicure I have ever had. I feel bad saying this because the woman was extremely nice. But I should have known what I was getting myself into when I walked into an empty salon. The price of the gel manicure is $ 30 which is WAY overpriced in my opinion. Almost anywhere you go in Nashville it is $ 22 – 25. I walked in at 5:21pm and she was done by 5:50pm… Now I’m all about a quick mani sometimes but after work and $ 30. I was looking to really relax and get a quality manicure. She barely filed and shaped my nails and kept dropping the buffer and the nail polish wand! The polish looks awful. I wanted a baby pink for spring. You can still see the white of the nails and it is super uneven. I also feel like it is going to peel off by the end of today on a couple nails. I royally suck at painting my own nails but I could have done a better job. Now I’m stuck with this manicure for the next couple of weeks because I cannot bring myself to go pay for a new one! For $ 30 I expect something different or special. But the massage was absolutely pathetic and there was no hot towel or anything. I never write reviews on here but I’m pretty disappointed that I spend $ 35(including tip) and I got nothing but a lackluster job. In a competitive market with so many nail salons today, you would expect a store that is charging more to provide more. I would give this no stars if I could. The only reason it gets one star is because the woman was left by herself by the owner(she was walking out as I was walking in), seemed like she was new and nervous so I can feel for her. As an owner, it’s your job to make sure that everyone is providing great customer service.

I used a «spa pedicure» gift certificate here yesterday. It was decent, though not the most professional salon I’ve visited. The lady I had was very chatty and interesting. However, she was quite distracted when it came to her work. She’d stop what she was doing(leaving my foot suspended in mid-air) and space out. We were nearly finished when she thought to offer me something to drink. There a few spots she neglected but she did ok. As I mentioned, she was pleasant but this didn’t feel like much of an escape for me. The décor was generic, shabby, and a little depressing. They play the same Norah Jones CD over and over. It was alright but I probably won’t return.
