I mainly frequent the Shell in search of a six pack for game day or when heading to a friend’s house. Selection is largely limited to light beers, ciders, and flavored malt beverages. On a recent whim, I did pick up a pretty cool collection of silly neon-​colored cans of sugary drinks, as there were plenty to choose from. The ice cream freezer can meet most summer cravings.
Although it seems a bit dodgy, I feel pretty safe in there. The guys behind the counter are nice, and I appreciate their rapport with regulars.
Prepared food (chicken, french fries, etc) seems available for purchase, but I’m not too sure how that works.
