This place is the absolute worst. Terrible, unfriendly staff. Constant leaks, mildew, drawers falling apart, cockroaches & spiders. We would file a complaint after complaint and either it wouldn’t get fixed or they claimed they fixed it and two days later the same problem. The air conditioning barely worked in the living room, didn’t work in the bedroom. The maintenance people walk in unannounced and track grease and dirt through the living room. Good luck trying to get packages that were delivered from the office, they are constantly not open. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

Great value, good neighborhood, super facilities, at a location that is very convenient to metro Nashville. We looked for many weeks for both daughters in many apartments and this is one that meets our standards of cleanliness, safety, location and price!
