Pizza Hut

I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut three times and two out of the three orders have been incorrect. This is inexcusable.
The breadsticks have been bone dry and one time even came with cinnamon (yuck!). The crust is dry and flavorless.
I tried giving it another chance (for some strange reason) and called in an order. When the order failed to arrive an hour after it was scheduled to do so, I called the store and they said it would be another 50 minutes because they were «busy.» They did not offer any discount, free item, or anything to compensate for the long delay and poor customer service.
Pizza Hut, you have forever lost my business. I, unfortunately, will not give you a fifth chance. Please consider improving customer service, wait times, and order accuracy to retain current customers.
I do not recommend eating here, and I certainly advise against giving this place several chances, unless you want to be disappointed time and time again.

This is by far the worst pizza hut I have ever dealt with. I have ordered time and time again from this location and every time I get my order they forget something. EVERY TIME. This time they brought my ranch for the wings but didn’t bring the wings. I am beyond upset at this point with this location and with pizza hut. Last time it was my ranch they forgot with my pizza. They offered to bring it right out asap and after an hour and a half and a cold pizza I told them to not bother bringing it at that point. When I called the 800 number last time they said they would gave me a 5 $ credit to my account and would automatically be subtracted from my next purchase. It never happened, I never received the credit. What’s the point of ordering if they take more than 2 hours to get it to you and then don’t bring you what you ordered? I have given the drivers more than 20% tips every time as well only to find out that someone didn’t even do their job. This is so frustrating. 1 time sure, 2 times? what is going on, but 3 times?
