Though the salesman was nice, I was sold an item that had already been sold. I did not find this out until I had purchased the item and went around to customer pick up and waited for about ten minutes. I was then told the salesman would come down to talk with me a few minutes later I was told to go back around into the store. Once back inside the store I had to wait in line again to get refunded my money. I have to wait for a mistake you made? That’s not good customer service!

I stopped in here on a Sunday & the store was empty. It’s got a lot of furniture stacked up onto each other. One of the salesman came up & greeted us. He was friendly & told us how it all worked. He said they’re not like a normal furniture store. The furniture isn’t used its just stuff that didn’t sale. There aren’t any prices on the furniture because they get the prices every week from the companies.
I was a little confused by it all. Didn’t they just buy the unsold furniture from the companies & therefore wouldn’t they price it? I don’t know but I didn’t see anything that I was looking for. They have a mix of nice stuff & some stuff that looks kind of cheap. If you’re looking for a deal they’ll probably make you one. You’ll have to hunt around & see what they have. He also told me that most of their stuff they had was in a warehouse. So if you don’t see something you like, ask them & maybe they’ll have it.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with this company and would happily use them again or recommend them to friends. The owner, Tim, was very accommodating and useful. Prices were more than reasonable as was the delivery fee. The furniture was of great quality and came exactly as pictured on the website. The men who moved everything in were also very professional and efficient, showing up right on time and even offering to help me with the items I was moving in on my own. Highly highly recommended!
