Nashville Airport Valet Parking

Picked my car up on Saturday. Left it with a full tank of gas and it was empty when I picked it up three days later. Mileage was also different. My car had been driven around 350 miles while I was gone.
Called in to find out what was going on and was basically told my car was only driven 2.5 miles while it was in their care and that my own mileage logs were obviously wrong, even though I had a gas receipt (when I filled the car up) 1 ½ hours before I dropped the car off. After a frustrating conversation where they were very condescending, they dismissively offered me a tank of gas after my tank MAGICALLY EMPTIED while I was gone.
I have since gotten a report from the car dealership. My car keys communicate with the computer in the car and track mileage, etc. As I said, the car WAS driven while I was gone and I’m not letting this go. I will be filing a police report and calling my insurance company to let them know my car was STOLEN while I was gone after entrusting it to the airport valet.
The worst part is, they told me they had written my mileage down when I left the car and when I asked for a copy of this intake receipt, they did send it to me. The mileage was OBVIOUSLY written by a different person and at a later time. SO, they are not only treating me VERY POORLY, but are also trying to cover it up.
Not letting this go and, if they would have treated me respectfully when I called and taken care of me and ACTED like they cared AT ALL, I would have let this go. BUT, they didn’t, and I’m NOT letting it go.

Congratulations valet staff! You’re the W O R S T customer oriented staff I have ever came in contact with!
Not only do they N O T provide great customer service but they also do N O T do their job. Waiting nearly an hour for a vehicle is unacceptable. Oh, and if you request to have your car washed D O N T expect it to be cleaned. If it does happen to get cleaned, its half a$$ed.
A little word of advice to the VALET STAFF: go back to elementary school, learn human value, how to be courteous, then perhaps FIND A NEW JOB!

Valet parking at airports is great in general but horribly executed in Nashville. You can expect:
— uneducated /​unfriendly staff at the customer service window
— 20 to 30 minutes standing around waiting for your car
— excuses about delays (we have a staff change, we didn’t expect so many people, etc)
— a free paper and coffee
This business also fails to deploy any kind of tech to predict arrivals based on flight times, lacks the parking spaces to operate efficiently and wastes space that could be used properly by a well managed replacement. The local stoner could step in and improve things.
I have also noticed cash missing from my car but can not say with 100 percent confidence that it was stolen but I am certain enough to warn others to be careful.
I still use them due to the fast drop off but I do not endorse or enjoy using this service.
