UPDATEDREVIEW: After writing my initial review for Nashville 4D Baby, I was contacted by the owner Jessica so she could follow up on my experience. She was very kind, understanding, and apologetic. She was never callous, rude or accusatory, which can be easy to do if/when on the defensive. While I do not know what happened to the original employee that I had dealt with at my initial appointment, she said the situation had been addressed and said she was grateful for the honest review as she was unaware that there could be improvement on her staff. She also invited me back to have a rescan free of charge, one that she would perform herself. I was very appreciative of the opportunity and assured her that she didn’t have to offer that, but I was happy to give it a go. I went up for my rescan last week and the whole experience was very very pleasant. Jessica was very nice and welcoming, and she was incredibly patient when the baby refused to turn in a way to get a good picture. She never pressured or rushed me, and when I apologized for his stubbornness she apologized for not being able to coax him into position. After 45 minutes of walking, rolling, turning and poking, we decided the baby just wasn’t going to cooperate. Instead of sending me home with the one picture we were able to get, she scheduled me for yet another rescan next week. She never mentioned the review or ask that I update with my experience, but she was so kind and considerate through the whole ordeal that I felt compelled to update my review to showcase that. I’m looking forward to my next scan and I’m crossing my fingers this little bun in the oven will cooperate. As a business owner myself I know how hard/scary/risky it can be to leave the reputation of your business in the hands of an employee, but I was very very pleased with how Jessica responded to my complaints and how she rectified them in the end. Even if this baby refuses to show us his face at the next scan, I would gladly still give 4D Baby the 4 – 5 stars here on Unilocal.Making right on a customer experience says a lot about a business and it’s management. Thanks again to Jessica and 4D Baby for allowing me the opportunity to have a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience.
