Really disappointed with my last drop off. They forgot to take off my 15% discount when they took my clothes and would not honor the discount when my wife picked up our order. Not happy after spending over $ 100 dollars with my last two orders.
Normally they are really good so I will not stop using them for one bad experience.

I just used this cleaners for the first time this week. It was the absolutely worst service I have ever had. They couldn’t find my clothes when I went to pick them up, so after 15 minutes of looking, I had to go into the back of the store and help them. They outsource their sewing, etc so it takes a long time for them to compete your order and it’s more expensive. When it came time to pay, their debit/​credit card machine was broken. So I had to write a check. She knew I was a first time customer and still didn’t give me any discount for all of the hassle. I will never be going back.

Great experience here. My dresses look better than new and both people I interacted with were incredibly friendly. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because on the day I went to drop my clothes off, I had to wait 20+ minutes for the employee to get back from a delivery run. Not a huge deal, but I did have somewhere to be. I will definitely go back, and potentially utilize the delivery system!

For $ 17, I was able to get my two piece suit and blouse cleaned. They were very professional and I loved how crisp my blouse shirt was after they added a small amount of starch. Great, fast, and friendly service.

MCC is absolutely the best dry-​cleaner I have used in my 29 years in Nashville. Their work is of the highest quality. They are very professional, prompt and courteous in person, on the phone and when making deliveries. My wife and I are moving from downtown Nashville to Gallatin and I am in hopes I can find a dry cleaner with the same high quality attributes as Joshua and everyone at Music City Cleaners… They are the BEST!

I highly recommend Music City Cleaners. After my usual place had closed at the end of the year I was in quick need of finding a new place to take my clothing. When I went back to pick up my first order I was impressed with how my shirts looked. Crisp and neatly folded and the prices are very competitive with other dry-​cleaning establishments. They do a fantastic job. Everyone who works here is friendly and I look forward to stopping by. Very convenient hours too. A nice touch too was when Josh the owner called me by name on my second visit here when I walked in. Pretty nice in our fast paced world where impersonal shopping is the norm. Its within walking distance of my apartment which is really convenient for me but they also offer pickup and delivery. I have only been there a few times but I already know I will be a long time customer.

Well, the first thing I can say is that this place is a lifesaver for me. Living in Germantown, they pick up and drop off dry-​cleaning and laundry. Josh, the owner has always taken terrific care of my things and the convenience is really unbeatable… I send them about 50lbs worth of clothing to be cleaned every month and have never had an issue.
If you live in downtown, Salemtown or Germantown… there is no reason to have your clothing done anywhere else. You can simultaneously support a neighborhood business AND have one less chore to do yourself. The small price you pay is worth the time saved in my opinion. Truly an added bonus to this side of town.
