Before I begin my unusally long review for this particular McDonalds, I wanted to note that this is a ²⁴⁄₇ McDonalds. I know it’s not stated on the page yet and it would’ve been valuable to know when you’re on the road.
Anyways…What can I say? I had amazing service, the night manager that was in charge that night was awesome. He did his best to accommodate as many customers that night as possible, while keeping a smile on his face and dealing with each person properly. The food was as it should be, which is hot and obviously taste like McDonalds food. During that time they had the monopoly pieces so we ended up with a lot of free pieces and he took them all (we were a large # of people) and didn’t give us any problems.
We only went to this McDonalds in particular because it was the most convenient one to go to on the road to Dallas, Texas. It was right near the exit and entrance of the highway and so it was as busy as one near the highway would be. I wanted to give them 5 stars because I appreciated how the manager that night was active and stayed true to the whole happy customer service part, even though I did witness some crazy customers that came in that night. He still dealt with them as professionally as he could and if for the love of christ I remembered his name I would’ve given him his well deserved praise and pat on the back. IT really isn’t easy being a fast food manager, but he nailed it and I appreciated it, especially since we were on an incredibly long car trip to Texas.
I also think it’s good to remember that these places are FAST FOOD. We’re not trying to rate them against gourmet restaurants and as long as the food was hot and tastes good and the service was up to par it deserves a 5 star rating despite being a McDonalds restaurant.
I should note that we did stay there for a couple hours due to the fact we were trying to rest up from the car trip and even though we did they didn’t give us a problem which was very much appreciated.

On our most recent visits, they have:
Been out of McRibs in the middle of the McRib promotion. This did not bother me b/​c I do not eat the pink slime but it greatly annoyed my husband that looks forward to its return every year.
Made us wait for quite a while parked outside the drive-​thru for our food. This didn’t both me much because this usually is an indication the food will be fresh but, again, it quite annoyed my husband.
Forgot the put a honey mustard sauce in our bag and we didn’t notice til we got home :/​
The food here is hit or miss. Sometimes hot, sometimes not and I usually avoid this location if I can just because it so close to all the airport hotels & interstate.
Overall rating: 3 out of 5 Big Macs.

Firstly, we have a wonderful argument with the intercom
employee as to whether or not a ‘number 13′ is on the menu. It is, it’s on their breakfast menu clear as day.
Secondly, they SCREAM at a man who had to enter the line, for a second time as they left out an entire meal in his order.
Thirdly, they forget an order of fries. I try to enter the building, it’s locked and there is a massive line as they cannot get their act together to process orders. They even have their parking lot jam packed with a ton of people waiting for food.
And lastly, after knocking on door. An employee is screamed at not to answer it. The screamer, lazily wonders over to the door, looks over my recipient that I have provided, and questions whether I am being honest. She finally gets the fries making a massive scene over the ordeal.

Omgeez! My food is always cold here. Unless I specifically ask for fresh food. And when I ask for fresh I have to wait 10 or 15mins. Unacceptable

As McD’s go, this one is good. The parking lot was well marked, there was no trash to be seen, the drive-​thru line moved quickly, my order was taken and delivered accurately. I’d say «A-​OK.»

Drove to this place because it was the only drive thru open at 4am in the morning. The employees were surprisingly nice & were on top of their game! I highly recommend this place! I ordered a Big Mac meal & it was delicious! I rarely go to a McDonald’s but I’m glad it didn’t turn out awful! Lol

Well I went to this mcdonalds thinking surely it would be better than the other one last night they still had their breakfast menu out but refused to take a breakfest order saying it’s 1049 we stop at 1030 I said well u better change your signs I don’t what to order then their was silence I got a quarter pounder the mustard and ketchup got on my pants not a happy camper so I’m thinking all mcdonalds are messed up not just one s.m.h.

I mean it is McDonald’s so you pretty know what to expect, but this was by far the most clean and up to date location I’ve been to. I walked in and was actually impressed.

Long drive thru lines and wrong orders. Just keep driving until you find another one.

This location has recently «upgraded» with a two-​lane drive thru — BAD move, at least late night on weekends. This morning, I waited in line over *30 minutes* without being able to place an order, stuck in the inside, left-​hand lane with 20 minutes of that time spent sitting at the intercom. Finally I was able to make my escape once the right hand lane cleared enough (mostly because the folks waiting there also abandoned their attempts at late-​night Big Macs…)
My advice to the management? Either staff appropriately for the two lanes, or rip out that second lane.

This was a pretty modern fancy McDonald’s with practically everything computerized. They even had two lanes for drive-​thru. However, their machines were malfunctioning when I stopped by for lunch. They could only take cash and had to write down the orders by hand. Not their fault, but boy were there a lot of upset customers. The staff was definitely doing the best they could. I went next door to eat at Wendy’s since I didn’t have cash on me. I came back later for dinner and the service was fine.

Regular McDonald’s food. It is located within 2 minutes of Nashville International airport.
+1 for cleanliness, spacious seating area. Wi-​fi very reliable. Funny incident — by the restroom, there was a guy sleeping on his laptop. Apparently he was working and decided it was nap time.
