Do not order from here unless you have 2 hours to kill. They will tell you it’s only 45 minutes and when you call an hour 15 later they say the driver left 25 minutes ago wait your only 5 minutes from my hotel? This went on until 2 hours later the food arrived. The food was luke warm but not bad. 2 hours is unacceptable

This will teach me to forget to check Unilocal,even when tired from a trip. Delivery took 50% longer than promised (over an hour vs 40 minutes promised). Calzone was cold and doughy. Brought wrong drink. Wings were pathetic. Stay away !

Worst service ever. We order from there at work because they are open late at nite for deliveries but they have repeatedly screwed up orders or not brought them at all even after the orders have been paid for. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I must say that I am extremely disappointed. I had read good reviews of this place and decided to give it a try. I placed my order tonight at 7:51pm at 8:48 called back to see where it was. Was told it had already left 10mins ago and it is now 9:15 and my food has just arrived. (Mind you I am only 4miles from this place) For this to be a Sunday, and to be told it would be 45mins, this is ridiculous. I was also obviously lied to when I was told the food had already left, considering it just got here. It is cold as well. They will no longer receive my business nor will I recommend anyone to go there either.

The worst. I placed an order for delivery online and it had been over an hour so I called to check. They said it would be there in 5 minutes, that turned into another 45. I called again and expressed that I was unhappy so they offered me a pathetic $ 3 discount after I had waited almost 2 hours. They we’re rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. I could even hear someone in the background yelling about me complaining over the phone. The entire order was wrong and the food was gold. Not sure it would’ve been good even if it was hot. Most awful experience ever.
