Locksmith 24 7

The worst! So crooked. 24 – 7 advertises that they are only «15 minutes» away. No. They said they were 20 – 25 minutes away, and showed up 50 minutes after I placed my call. They also said that it would only cost me $ 35 for the service and $ 19 for the call. Lies!
I expected them to be late, honestly. They sounded confused over the phone, and called me a few times asking where I was, and each time I gave them the same address. When the guy finally got there, he handed me a bill for $ 100= $ 19 call+ $ 85 service fee. $ 85??? What happened to $ 35? And then, sadly, I paid him. I had no other choice. I wasn’t about to call another locksmith and gamble my time and money away again. Plus, I’d have had to pay 24 – 7 $ 19 just for calling them.
The next day, I called the company to ask why the price doubled, and they said, «$ 35 is just the starting price. The price goes up if they have to use a drill or any special tools to unlock it blah blah blah.» I said «They didn’t use any tools. It took the guy like 20 seconds to pry the door open.» He said, «Those are just some examples. You signed the receipt, didn’t you?»
Oh my God, they REALLY take advantage of people. I haven’t encountered a company this shady in a while! Okay, now I’m going to find a decent locksmith via Unilocal and put their number in my phone for the next time I lock my keys in my car. It sucks when it happens and 24 – 7 will absolutely make it worse!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was quoted $ 35.00 by phone. Carlos from Carlos locksmith is the one who showed up. I am not sure how he is associated with this company. He was there 10 min and tried to charge me $ 200.00. A supervisor from ²⁴⁄₇ tried to explain to me afterwards that it really depends on how hard it is to get the door knob unlocked and what type of doorknob it is because they are all made differently and some are harder to unlock then others. I explained to him it was a regular doorknob from Lowe’s and it wasn’t hard for him at all since it only took 10 minutes to unlock and didn’t use any parts. He then started yelling at me over the phone and stated that his business is a very honest business and if I don’t like his rates then don’t bother calling them again. So to prove my point, a friend of mine called the company and explained that he locked his keys in his home in the same complex as myself and explained the type of doorknob it was and etc. He was quoted $ 55.00. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are very pushy and rude. Worst customer service ever. They give you a cheap rate over the phone just to get to you then jacks the rate up enormously. At that point, you have no choice but to pay them. I wish I would have read the previous reviews before calling them. Perhaps if Carlos was working alone, it may have not cost me $ 200. Do not call ²⁴⁄₇ Nashville locksmith at 615−549−0564. You will get ripped off.

Terrible. No stars. Did not bring right tools for my car, had me wait till 1am, could not open my car.

Worst locksmith EVER!!! Took almost an hour for them to arrive and i live 2 miles from the business. Told me it would cost 55 on the phone, and when the technician arrived tried to charge me 125 for a simple lock pick. Very unprofessional company!
