Amazing ravioli, sauces, and cheeses. We stayed at an AirBnB so we had a kitchen and This enabled us to use it to the fullest! The store keeper was super knowledgeable and helpful in pairing sauces and ravioli. He even gave us amazing recommendations for picking up wine and getting brunch. If you are in town and have access to a kitchen, highly recommend!

Everyone raves about their pasta and sauces — I totally agree and don’t have more to add besides they are great and my wife and I get four servings(two meals for the 2 of us) from one box of pasta and one container of sauce … about $ 14 for great tasting meals! Two other areas for you to check out in the store — their cheeses and sausages. The folks working there are so knowledgeable and are very quick to answer your questions, make a recommendation based on your taste so don’t be afraid to ask them about the selection and flavors. Also don’t miss the fresh mozzarella and bread they have in Saturday’s!

This was our first trip to Nashville & we were craving Italian food, but couldn’t find any actual restaurants. We ended up stumbling upon this Italian market one evening on our way to dinner and I definitely suggest it! We ended up cooking this back at our AirBnB condo but it was our best meal of the trip. We loved the chicken gouda ravilioli and roasted garlic marinara sauce. The staff is super helpful in terms of suggesting sauces for the ravioli you select. The guy working even went as far as suggesting a place to get wine — Woodland Wine Merchant! Such an awesome concept– I wish we had one closer to home. Five stars for quality of the food & excellent customer service!

This place is a GEM. They have so many items that are nearly impossible to find in this town, and for great prices! And everyone is sweet as can be, including«Mama» who gave us the grand tour when we walked.

I bought four cheese ravioli, pecorino cream sauce and a package of pancetta for around $ 20. It took around 20 minutes to make. My husband, who prefers meaty tomato sauces, LOVED this. Everything is so fresh and easy to cook. It’s cheaper and tastier than going to a restaurant and so quick and easy for a weeknight meal. Love this place!

My husband and I LOVE Lazzaroli’s! Homemade ravioli/pastas/sauces/breads and fresh mozarella are out of this world. Lots of amazing gourmet items as well that make excellent gifts.

This is a great Italian gourmet import shop run by super friendly people. Handmade ricotta, San Marzano tomatoes, lots of homemade ravioli. Easy parking. Love it.

Delicious fresh ravioli and lots of varieties of pasta. Many hard to find unique gourmet foods, and the best customer service. Stop by for ingredients for a delicious dinner better that any Italian restaurant in town.

Lazzaroli’s is a great little Italian market in Germantown. My first time in, a lady, who I assume is the owner, led me through the whole shop pointing out the«must haves» for a first timer. Her service was beyond friendly and helpful. Everything I have purchased has been of utmost quality. It’s always a great night when we bust out the homemade ravioli from the freezer! They also have fresh cannolis and fresh mozzarella(only on Saturday!) available for purchase. They have small produce items as well as a lot of pantry staples. Their meat and cheese selection is also great. I highly recommend exploring! My only complaint is that I buy way too much stuff every time I go!

This little place rocks! I tell you, their ravioli are REALLY authentic and delicious! Fresh pasta is not what this place is all about. They sell many and many unique and delicious products very hard to find somewhere else. Try to go there early on Saturday, if you are lucky they may still have some seriously fresh mozzarella cheese. A must shop at for Italian food lovers

Adore this place. Found it via Unilocal and since I would live and die by Italian food if I could, I figured we’d stop in. We went on a Saturday morning, since that’s the only day they sell freshly made mozzarella(which is so worth going on a Saturday thank you). Loved this place. It’s very small but packed with all sorts of Italian goodies. They make their own pasta, as well as sauces, and carry a lot of specialty items that one might need for authentic Italian cooking. The staff is very friendly — you can tell they are passionate about their food, and were very helpful in telling us where things where, as well as the best types of sauces to prepare with the pastas that they sell. And of course, everything we’ve had from there has been delicious. Just wish I lived closer! :)

OK it is the best ravioli i have ever ate. i may bump this up if i ever try their meals, the spaghetti is also good but i would only pay the price for it on a special occasion. the mozzarella is only on sat. so thats a big boo. so basically if u want to get some awesome ravioli and u go early on a sat. to grab mozzarella u are in hog heaven. the time frame and the small grocery store none bakery feel gets a minus.

HOLYMOZZARELLA! This place is awesome to pop in and grab some pre-made pastas and sauces for dinner. Most everything comes frozen and the instructions are on the box. Very simple to make and tastes amazing! On Saturday AM, they sell fresh made mozzarella. I don’t like thinking about how cheese is made so I’m not interested in hearing about it, but they are more than willing to chat you up about the process. Get there early because it goes fast! The pricing is a bit steep but this is not Lean Cuisine!

I. Love, This. Place. This little shop packs quite a wallop in Nashville as the italian food ‘go to’ store. Run by Tom, a die-hardt Phillies fan, they sell everything from oils, cheeses to their AMAZING homemade pasta. Tom is cheery, and relies on ‘mama’ to do his big pan ‘take and bake’ servings of baked ziti and lasagna. The things are to die for. Their baked ziti pan serves a group of 6 big eaters no problem at around $ 40. The sauce is heavy ricotta and you can add meatballs for a few extra dollars. Having little kids, we tend to stick to ‘normal’ pasta(cheese ravioli, plain noodles) but this place could hold it’s own in a town rich in other pasta suppliers. They have tomato, basil, lemon, pepper and even take special orders(!!). Their website is surprisingly well developed for a wee store and you can plan ahead by calling and having a chat with Tom who has always been willing to hold stock for us especially on busier holidays and weekends. Go for the amazing pasta in an Italian deprived city and stay for the fun sports talk with a Philly boy.

Lazzaroli is a Nashville treasure. It’s not a restaurant; it’s a pasta shop. The owner describes it as «the best deal in town» and he’s not blowing smoke: go drop ten bucks on a box of capellini and a container of baby bella mushroom marinara sauce, go home, boil water and heat the sauce, and you’ve made a small Italian meal to rival any restaurant. Once you’ve mastered the basic routine, trade up to the rest. Get some bread or Italian sausage to add to the mix. Buy the soft biscotti(pro tip: original flavor, or butter pecan). Come on Saturday mornings and buy fresh mozzarella. The greatest part is that whatever strikes your fancy, the prices will be reasonable, and you can get advice on preparation and pairing from the helpful, friendly employees. In every way, this place is wonderful.

I grew tired of hearing myself say, «someday I have to get to Lazzaroli’s». This past Friday I finally made a point to get there… full of expectations and anticipation. Lazzaroli’s totally lived up to everything I’d heard. What a great place! I dropped about $ 80 and that’s only because I practiced a pinch of self control. Holy Kalunga… they carry Benton’s Bacon!(When I got home I yelled upstairs to my husband, «I brought you a present!») Awesome spaghetti with Marinara that night… simple but perfect. The Shrimp&Lobster Ravioli with Roasted Pepper Cream sauce… heaven. In addition to other varieties, I bought the goat cheese and pear ravioli as well… have to figure out what I want to do with that. Suggestions welcome. Everything is wonderful, the shop is fun… the owner very helpful. We’re sold.
